Put newline characters (n) in the string you pass to a Matplotlib text method. For example, ax.text(0.5, 0.5, "First linenSecond linenThird line") draws a three-line text block. By default, ax.text interprets (0.5, 0.5) as a data coordinate.
Add multiline text with ax.text
Matplotlib text strings can contain newlines to create multiline text, as shown in the official multiline text example. Use n wherever the next line should begin:

plt.show()Each line remains part of one text object, so you can style and position the block as a unit.
Choose coordinates for the text
The right coordinates depend on whether the note belongs to a data point or should remain in a fixed part of the Axes.

Place text in data coordinates
ax.text(x, y, text) uses data coordinates by default. Its position follows the plotted coordinate system, so the text can shift relative to the visible plot when the data limits change. This is useful when the text belongs at a particular data value. See the text API reference.
Keep a note in an Axes corner
Pass transform=ax.transAxes to position the text relative to the Axes rectangle instead of the data. The coordinate (0, 0) is its lower-left corner and (1, 1) its upper-right corner:

Attach text to a plotted point
Use ax.annotate when the text explains a particular point. The xy argument identifies the point; xytext can place the text elsewhere, and arrowprops can draw a connector:

Align and style the lines
Horizontal and vertical alignment place the text block relative to its anchor. The multialignment property controls how the individual lines align within that block:

If you omit multialignment, Matplotlib infers line alignment from the horizontal and vertical alignment settings. The multiline example and Text property reference describe these options.

Make room for multiline labels
Multiline labels can need more space near an Axes edge. The official example recommends a layout manager such as constrained layout:

plt.show()Layout managers do not guarantee that every text block will fit without overlap. If a label is clipped or collides with other content, inspect the rendered figure and adjust its position, figure size, or layout.
Use newlines in titles and axis labels
Titles and axis-label setters also accept strings, so you can insert n in the same way:
ax.set_title("Monthly resultsnNorth region")
ax.set_xlabel("Daten(month/year)")
ax.set_ylabel("Revenuen(thousands)")The official example demonstrates newline-separated x- and y-labels as well as text blocks.
