Spoilers: This walkthrough covers the altered Medical Center blood transfusion sequence. The supplied title calls it “Part Two,” but reviewed walkthroughs place the sequence in Part 3, Chapter 8, “Many Into One.” If you are at the blood-bag doors and the Ordell dial, you are in the right section.
Use Alan Duncan’s bag at the S.W. door and Lesley Greer’s at the D.P. door. On the final wall, place Sarah Watson first on the left, Matthew Clark second on the left, and George McEwan on the right. Then route T.F., H.M., and S.W. to the dial’s center for Simon Ordell and confirm.
What you need to do
The sequence has five named blood bags: two unlock ward doors, while the other three go on the final wall. The door puzzle and the Ordell blood-type dial are separate steps; complete the placements before solving the dial.

Where to find all five blood bags
Alan Duncan: open the S.W. door
- From the central area, take the map and follow the right-hand corridor.
- Crawl through the vent to reach Alan Duncan’s blood bag. Pick up Zoe’s Patient List along this route as well.
- Return to the central area and use Alan’s bag at the S.W. transfusion machine.
Sarah Watson and Lesley Greer: reach the D.P. door
- Collect Sarah Watson’s bag in S05.
- Find the Ward W Master Key in W04 and use it to open W13.
- Climb the ladder to S12 and collect Lesley Greer’s bag.
- Return to the central area and use Lesley’s bag at the D.P. transfusion machine.
Room prefixes matter: the same room number can appear in different wards, so check the letter as well as the number.

Matthew Clark and George McEwan: reach the final wall
- In the east ward, press the lift button in D02 to drop Matthew Clark’s bag.
- Reach P10 and collect George McEwan’s bag and the Ward P Master Key.
- Use the Ward P Master Key at P03 to retrieve Matthew’s bag.
- Turn both release valves in D05 and D10 to reopen the route upstairs.
How to solve the final wall placements
Match the three remaining bags to the patient reports on the wall. From the viewpoint facing the wall, place:
- Sarah Watson in the first position on the left. Her report matches a head wound and regular pulse.
- Matthew Clark in the second position on the left. His report describes confusion, but says he follows commands.
- George McEwan on the right. His report matches the burn injury.
Once all three bags are in place, use the nearby switch to open the way to the dial.

How to solve the Ordell blood-type dial
Trace only the T.F., H.M., and S.W. lines to the center. Disconnect the other inputs, select Ordell in the center, and confirm.
The dial represents Simon Ordell’s A+ blood type. The reviewed walkthroughs’ compatibility chart shows A+ receiving O−, O+, A−, and A+ in the game. The compatible lines used by this puzzle belong to Thomas Fergusson (T.F.), Hannah McGregor (H.M.), and Sarah Watson (S.W.); follow those three paths to the center rather than connecting every available line.

Common reasons the sequence does not advance
- A door remains shut: Check that Alan Duncan’s bag was used at S.W. and Lesley Greer’s at D.P.; the bags are assigned to specific machines.
- The final wall will not open: Verify the left-to-right order: Sarah first, Matthew second, George on the right. Then activate the nearby switch.
- The dial does not accept the selection: Confirm that T.F., H.M., and S.W. alone are routed to the center, then select Ordell and confirm.
- You cannot find a room: Use the ward prefix as well as the room number. Room numbers repeat across wards.
