For Indian buyers, the Moto G64 5G is the stronger published-specs choice if you want a sharper, smaller screen or higher listed RAM and storage options. The Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 5G gives you a larger display, a slightly higher stated battery capacity and a specific multi-year software-update commitment. This comparison uses the manufacturers’ India-market specifications available on October 4, 2026. Published specifications can help narrow a choice, but they do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, takes better photos or lasts longer on a charge.

Xiaomi lists a 6300mAh typical battery for the Redmi A7 Pro 5G; Motorola lists 6000mAh for the Moto G64. Both manufacturers list 15W charging, and Xiaomi also lists 7.5W wired reverse charging. Chip names and clock speeds alone are not enough to identify a real-world performance winner, and comparable independent testing is not established here. Xiaomi lists 32MP rear and 8MP front cameras; the retrieved Motorola support page does not state camera megapixels. Those specifications do not support a camera-quality verdict.

Xiaomi states that the Redmi A7 Pro 5G will receive four years of Android updates and six years of security updates on its India specifications page. The Xiaomi figure is a retrieval-time starting listing, not a guaranteed price for every color or storage variant.
