In Hostinger AI Builder manual mode, use an Embed code element for a snippet that belongs at a particular spot on one page. For code that should apply across the site, open More (⋯) → Integrations → Custom code. After adding code, save or embed it as prompted, then update the website and check the published page.
Choose the right place for your code

Check the integration provider’s instructions before choosing. Some services specify whether their snippet belongs in the page body or in the document head. Hostinger documents both routes and supports relevant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code; its manual-mode overview describes the Custom code field for head scripts and Embed code elements for body scripts. Add code to one page
- Open the page in the manual-mode editor and open Add elements.
- Drag an Embed code element to the desired position on the page.
- Select the element, choose Enter code, and paste the provider’s snippet.
- Click Embed code. Resize or manage the element through its available options if needed.
- Update the website to publish the change.

Add code across the site
- In the editor, open More (⋯) → Integrations → Custom code.
- Paste the snippet into the custom-code field, following the integration provider’s placement requirements.
- Save the changes and update the website.
Hostinger places tags in this field according to tag type: <meta>, <link>, and <style> tags go in <head>; <script>, <noscript>, and <iframe> tags go at the end of <body>. If a script must specifically load in the head, Hostinger says to add data-render-head to its <script> tag. Hostinger’s Custom code integration instructions document the placement rules.

Publish and confirm the integration
Code-related changes may appear in Preview mode and on the live site without appearing inside the editor. After updating the site, open the published page and check the result there. To verify that code was included, inspect the page source and search for a distinctive word from your snippet, as Hostinger recommends. If the code is present but the widget is not visible, use the troubleshooting checks below.

Fix common embed problems
- An embed URL does not work: Use an HTTPS URL and remove spaces around it.
- The builder says the embed is too large: Look for pasted images encoded as
data:image…. Hostinger says this format is not supported there; use an image URL instead. - A widget is missing after you updated the site: Clear the browser cache and check again. If it remains missing, contact the widget provider.
- The site breaks after adding code: Back up the code first. Remove all snippets from Integrations → Custom code and temporarily remove code from any Embed code elements. Update the website and test the live page. If it works, restore snippets one at a time to identify the conflict. Hostinger warns that custom code can conflict with the builder’s infrastructure.
