Yes. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight supports two-player local couch co-op on Nintendo Switch 2. LEGO describes cooperative play as local only, and says Nintendo Switch Online is not required on Switch 2.
How local co-op works
LEGO’s official game page says players can enjoy the game solo or play with a friend or family member through “two-player local couch cooperative gameplay only.” That confirms two people can play together locally on one console; it does not confirm online co-op.
The official LEGO game page provides the explicit local-only wording. LEGO’s game announcement also lists Nintendo Switch 2 as a platform and describes two-player local cooperative play.

No. The official FAQ says Nintendo Switch Online is not required to play on Switch 2. The stated co-op feature is local couch play, not online multiplayer.
