The reported 12.50% cut in Trisul’s price target to R$7.14 is not confirmed by the available coverage data. Trisul’s investor-relations page lists individual analyst targets from R$6.00 to R$11.00, while Investing.com shows a separate four-analyst average of R$8.50. Neither source verifies the R$7.14 figure or the claimed reduction.
What is verified about Trisul’s price targets?
Trisul (B3: TRIS3) publishes analyst coverage on its investor-relations analyst-coverage page. The English-language page was last updated on 10 February 2026 and lists five individual recommendations and targets. Their review dates vary, so this is a collection of analyst views from different dates—not a synchronized consensus.
| Institution and analyst | Recommendation | Target price | Review date |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTG Pactual — Gustavo Cambauva | Buy | R$9.00 | 8 February 2026 |
| Itaú BBA — Daniel Gasparete | Market Performance | R$8.80 | 27 October 2025 |
| Bradesco BBI — Bruno Mendonça | Neutral | R$8.00 | 24 November 2024 |
| XP Investimentos — Ygor Altero | Neutral | R$6.00 | 25 July 2024 |
| LevanteCorp — Gabriel Gaspar | Buy | R$11.00 | 15 September 2023 |
The page does not establish a single current consensus target of R$7.14, nor does it show a 12.50% reduction to that value. Without the underlying dated analyst report or data-provider item, the figure should be treated as a reported claim rather than a verified change.

What does the separate consensus snapshot say?
Investing.com’s TRIS3 consensus page reports a neutral consensus based on four analysts, an average 12-month target of R$8.50, and a range of R$7.00 to R$10.00. The surfaced page information does not make the snapshot date or methodology clear, and its four-analyst group does not obviously match the five analysts named by Trisul. It is therefore a separate provider snapshot, not Trisul’s official consensus and not confirmation of the R$7.14 revision.

What Trisul’s recent results do—and do not—show
Trisul’s 2Q26 earnings release, dated 13 August 2026, reports these company operating figures:
- Gross sales: R$530 million — Trisul, 2026.
- Launches: R$603 million — Trisul, 2026.
- Net revenue: R$370 million — Trisul, 2026.
- Landbank: R$6.8 billion — Trisul, 2026.
These metrics provide company-reported business context; they do not explain an analyst’s target-price adjustment. The release says its quarterly information follows CPC 21 (R1) / IAS 34 interim-reporting standards and applicable CVM standards. No attributable analyst explanation for the specific alleged cut is established by the cited coverage.

How to interpret a target-price change
A price target is an analyst’s estimate for a stated period, not a promised share price or an instruction to buy or sell. Before relying on a reported revision, check the original item for the analyst and institution, publication date, recommendation, new and previous targets, currency, target horizon, and the reasons given. These details matter because targets from different dates, analyst sets, and valuation methods are not directly interchangeable.
Trisul also cautions that analyst views are not company forecasts or endorsements. Its disclosure says that “any opinions, estimates or forecasts regarding Trisul´s performance made by such analysts are theirs alone and do not represent opinions, forecasts or predictions of the Company or its management.”
