It was announced as available in more than 70 countries. Jamf later said that, in the program’s first 12 months, partner-driven deal registrations rose by more than 50% year over year and the number of program partners more than doubled. Those are company-reported results, not proof that the program alone caused the growth.
How Jamf’s Global Partner Program works
The program uses points and tiers to recognize two kinds of partner contribution: investing in knowledge and capability, and producing business for Jamf. In its August 8, 2024 announcement, Jamf said partners could earn points through sales training and certifications, as well as performance activities such as closing deals that directly drive revenue.
Jamf said the framework was designed to account for differences in partner roles and geography, rather than assuming every partner contributes in the same way. Its launch announcement quoted Liz Benz, Jamf’s Chief Sales Officer: “Our team has delivered a program that goes above and beyond only helping partners drive revenue.”
What partners can do in Jamf Partner Hub
Jamf described Partner Hub as the place for program tools, content, and enablement resources. The launch announcement said the portal lets partners:

These figures indicate that partners were a substantial part of Jamf’s channel business during the period. They do not isolate the program’s effect from other factors, and the releases do not provide an independent causal analysis. Jamf said it streamlined partner-led deal registrations, but that does not establish that the new program by itself produced the reported increases.

Jamf’s current partner page lists reseller, managed service provider (MSP), technology, and services routes. It places reseller, MSP, and services partners within its Channel Partner Program; technology partners integrate software, technology, or solutions with Jamf. The page says qualifying partners may receive training and enablement, lead-generation events and campaigns, inclusion in incentive programs, and margin and dedicated sales support for approved deal registrations. These descriptions are from a live page, so confirm current eligibility and commercial terms directly with Jamf.
