Check your PC against AION 2’s Steam requirements
The Steam listing identifies AION 2 as a Windows PC game built with Unreal Engine 5. Its published minimum and recommended specifications are:

Steam recommends installing the game on an SSD. Compare your processor, memory, graphics card and its video memory, Windows version, and available drive space with the table. Falling below a listed tier is a reason to investigate compatibility, but the listing does not establish that meeting or exceeding a tier prevents crashes or guarantees smooth performance. Set a reasonable graphics baseline for stuttering
For FHD resolution, Steam’s published preset guidance is Very Low at minimum specifications and Low at recommended specifications. Treat this as a starting point for compatibility, not a benchmark, guarantee of smooth play, or proven stuttering fix.

- If your PC is around the minimum tier, try the Very Low preset at FHD.
- If it meets the recommended tier, try the Low preset at FHD.
- Note your resolution and preset when describing the problem, so support can distinguish your configuration from the published baseline.
No official AION 2-specific stuttering fix, frame-rate figure, or tested settings comparison was established in the available official material. Avoid assuming that an individual setting change will solve the issue.
If AION 2 keeps crashing or crashes on startup
The official support result located was a coupon FAQ, not a crash troubleshooting article. A Steam Community known-issues notice updated October 2, 2026 surfaced menu and gameplay issues in its available excerpt, but did not provide a crash remedy. Consequently, there is no verified AION 2-specific repair procedure to recommend here.

If the crash persists, gather details before contacting support:
- When it happens: before the game opens, during login, or at a repeatable point in play.
- The exact error text or code, if one appears.
- Your launcher and game version, PC specifications, and whether your system is below the published minimum tier.
- Any recent relevant change, such as a game update or a change to your PC setup.
Use the AION 2 Global support inquiry route for a persistent issue. Generic suggestions such as verifying game files, changing compatibility settings, disabling overlays, changing antivirus settings, or reinstalling are not established by the cited AION 2 material as fixes.

For an AION 2 connection problem, identify what is failing
Steam lists broadband internet as a requirement, but the official support material located did not provide a network troubleshooting sequence or confirm a current server outage. First describe the symptom precisely: inability to log in, an unexpected disconnect, or high latency. Record when it occurs and include any displayed error when you contact official AION 2 support.
Do not treat account access guidance as a network remedy. The official Steam/PURPLE FAQ says existing PURPLE players can use Steam with the same Steam login, or link Steam to an existing NC account if they previously used another login method. - Confirm at least 100 GB is available on the installation drive; note whether it is an SSD.

- Check current official notices and contact support with the exact error and configuration details if the problem continues.
