For the simplest setup, use Google Keep on each Android device with the same Google Account, then open keep.google.com on your computer. If you want to keep using Samsung Notes, you can sync selected folders to Microsoft’s OneNote feed—but notes in that feed are for viewing, not editing or deleting.
Choose the sync method that fits your notes app

Set up Google Keep on Android and your computer
- Install or open Google Keep on your Android phone and tablet, and sign in to the same Google Account on both.
- On Android, open Settings > Accounts > Google, select the account used in Keep, tap Sync, and turn on Keep if it is off. Menu wording can vary by Android device.
- On your computer, open keep.google.com and sign in to that same Google Account.
- Create or update a note on one device, then allow the device to connect to the internet so changes can sync before checking the other device.
Google’s guidance for a missing shared note is to confirm the correct Google Account, check the Keep sync setting on Android, and install a Keep update if one is offered. See Google’s Keep sync troubleshooting steps.
Keep Samsung Notes and view them on a computer
Turn on the Microsoft OneNote feed
- On a Galaxy phone or tablet, open Samsung Notes.
- Open Samsung Notes settings and enable Sync to Microsoft OneNote. Sign in with the Microsoft account you want to use.
- Choose which Samsung Notes folders to sync; Samsung documents selecting individual folders or all folders.
- If needed, trigger a manual sync. Samsung also documents options to sync using Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- On a computer, open the OneNote feed in a supported Microsoft app or service, such as Outlook on the web or Outlook.com, and sign in to the relevant Microsoft account.
Samsung’s instructions are available at Samsung Support: Sync Samsung Notes with Microsoft OneNote. The feed is a viewing route, not a full Samsung Notes editor: Samsung says notes cannot be edited or removed from Samsung Notes using the OneNote feed. Make changes in the Samsung Notes app.
Use a supported feed endpoint
Microsoft says the feed can contain Samsung Notes, Sticky Notes, and OneNote pages. It is available in OneNote desktop, OneNote for the web, OneNote for Windows 10, Outlook.com, and Outlook on the web. It is not available inside OneNote on Android tablets or Android-based Surface Duo devices. Check Microsoft’s OneNote feed availability information before choosing where to view notes.

Understand the difference between the OneNote feed and OneNote notebooks
Samsung Notes appearing in a OneNote feed does not mean those notes have become pages in a regular OneNote notebook. The feed is an aggregation and viewing surface for supported note sources. A OneNote notebook is a separate cloud notebook workflow: edits made in OneNote sync through the notebook rather than through Samsung Notes’ feed integration.

If you already use OneNote, use a cloud notebook stored on OneDrive for access across devices. When notebook sync fails, Microsoft recommends checking the internet connection and OneDrive service health if the notebook is stored there. Check the notebook in the web app to help determine whether the problem is limited to a device. Microsoft warns against signing in or out, or removing and reinstalling the app, during troubleshooting because those steps could cause data loss. See Microsoft’s OneNote sync troubleshooting guide.

- Check the account: Confirm that each app and computer session is signed in to the account used for that note service.
- Check Android sync: For Keep, go to Settings > Accounts > Google, select the relevant account, tap Sync, and make sure Keep is enabled.
- Check for app updates: Google recommends updating Keep if an update is available when notes are missing.
- Check connectivity: Sync needs a network connection; allow pending changes time to upload before looking for them elsewhere.
- For Samsung Notes, check folder selection and endpoint: Verify that the folder is included in Samsung Notes sync, then use a supported feed destination on a computer. Do not expect Samsung Notes editing controls in the feed.
- For OneNote notebooks, check OneDrive and the web app: Confirm the network is working, check OneDrive service health when relevant, and inspect the notebook online before trying account resets or reinstalling.
These vendor instructions explain setup and common checks; they do not establish a universal sync speed or guarantee for every Android notes app. Other apps may use different accounts, settings, and computer access methods.
