- Remove any extra space before or after the code.
- Check for mistyped or missing characters; do not change the spelling to resemble another code.
3. Check eligibility and code freshness
Confirm the reported level requirement
Pocket Gamer’s September 2026 guide says players must reach level 13 before using the redemption route it describes. The available sources do not provide current official confirmation of that requirement or establish whether exceptions exist. If you are below level 13, progress to that level before trying the reported route.
Verify the code’s source and date
A code list is a snapshot, not a guarantee that every listed code remains valid. The guides cited here were published or checked on September 6 and July 24, 2026, respectively. Look for a recent announcement from the game publisher or its official channels, or ask support about the specific code. Those dated guides alone do not establish whether an individual code is currently active or expired.

Epic Games Store’s JueFeng Games support page lists Summoners Kingdom:Goddess and gives support@yunqiuwan.com for game issues. Send a concise description of the problem and include:
- The exact code you tried.
- Your platform.
- The full on-screen error message and a screenshot, if available.
- Account or player information only if support requests it.
