If a Dicero gift code fails, first confirm that it matches your game version, has not expired or already been claimed, and is entered with the player ID shown in your game. The international and WeChat Game versions use different redemption routes and may have different codes. The available information does not verify which individual codes are active on October 4, 2026, so check current in-game or official notices rather than relying on an old list.
Check these causes in order
- Confirm your game channel. Check the client you actually play and how you log in, not just your location. The international version is commonly installed through Google Play or Apple’s App Store and uses the global Habby service; the China WeChat Game version launches through WeChat. Their code availability and redemption routes can differ. Dicero.app’s guide describes the distinction.
- Verify the code’s channel and status. Use a current official game notice or a listing that labels which version a code supports. Some entries on the Dicero code list are marked expired, and WeChat-only codes are separated from others. Its entries are dated April–June 2026; that is not confirmation they remain active on October 4, 2026.
- Use the player ID shown in the game. Copy the player or user ID from your Dicero account exactly. A character name, email address, or ID from another account is not a substitute.
- Check the code character by character. Remove spaces before or after it, preserve capitalization, and look carefully for lookalikes such as the number 0 and the letter O. The redemption guide notes that codes may be case-sensitive when the system is available.
- Check whether you already claimed it or the event is open. A code may be limited to one claim per account, or its associated event or redemption feature may not yet be available. A second submission will not make an already-claimed code valid.
- Rule out a temporary page or connection problem. On the international redemption page, refresh, request a new verification image if prompted, and try again later rather than submitting rapidly. If Dicero itself will not start, the developer’s App Store response suggests clearing the app cache, restarting the device, and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Those steps address launch or connection trouble; they do not establish that every code error is a network issue. Read the App Store listing and developer response.
Use the redemption route for your version

A code valid in one version should not be assumed to work in the other. The guide’s instructions are secondary guidance; confirm volatile availability through current official or in-game information where possible.
When the error persists
- Record the code, game channel, date and time of the attempt, and the exact error text. If you attach a screenshot, hide private account details.
- For a persistent problem starting the game, the Dicero developer’s App Store response directs players to dicero@habby.com with their user ID and device model. This contact guidance concerns game-start trouble, not a confirmed code-specific diagnosis.
- Dicero.app accepts code-status reports and corrections, but says it cannot recover accounts or handle official support tickets. It is an independent fan-made guide site, not Habby support.
Avoid unsafe code “fixes”
Redeem through the game or the official Habby domain. Do not pay someone to unlock a free code, share passwords or one-time login codes, or install software that claims to generate unlimited codes. No physical purchase is established as a fix; the relevant checks are the code’s status, channel, account ID, exact entry, and temporary technical issues.
