First identify what kind of code you have: an in-game Lineage 2: Revolution coupon and a Google Play promotional code use different redemption systems. Use the issuer’s instructions for the code, then check eligibility and where the reward was delivered.
Is it a game coupon or a Google Play promotional code?
Check who issued the code and where its instructions direct you to redeem it. A Google Play promotion may need to be redeemed inside the app rather than through Google Play’s general redemption flow. Google’s promotion guidance is useful for Google Play codes, but it is not the game’s coupon policy. Google Play: Use promotions on Google Play.
For an in-game coupon, use the official instructions for your game’s region and version. Do not assume that a redemption page for one regional edition applies to every Lineage 2: Revolution service.
Fix a Google Play promotional code
These checks apply to Google Play promotions, not automatically to in-game coupons. Follow the promotion issuer’s instructions if they specify a different route, such as redeeming in the app.

- Re-enter the code carefully. Check similar-looking characters and try entering it without spaces or dashes.
- Check the expiration date. An expired promotion may no longer be redeemable.
- Confirm account and region eligibility. The Google account and country or region may need to match the promotion’s terms.
- Check whether it was already used. A code that has been redeemed may not work again.
Fix an in-game coupon
Confirm that the redemption page or method is for your game’s exact regional service. Check the official news or support instructions for your edition; avoid third-party code generators, and do not treat a regional coupon page as a universal rule.
Netmarble’s coupon page for a regional edition says: “Coupons that have already been used or have expired cannot be redeemed.” That page also describes rewards being delivered to the mailbox of the selected character. These directions are specific to the regional workflow documented there, not confirmed instructions for every edition. Netmarble regional coupon page.

Code accepted, but the reward is missing?
For the regional workflow described by Netmarble, check that you selected the intended server and character, then inspect that character’s in-game mailbox. Logging in again as the intended character may help you locate the reward. If you play on PC and the reward has not arrived, the regional page says to log in using the mobile version. Check the directions for your edition before relying on these steps.
