Oasis Security announced a $120 million Series B led by Craft Ventures, bringing its reported total funding to $195 million. The round is a dated financing milestone, not the latest corporate development: Oasis said on July 28, 2026, that it had signed a letter of intent to be acquired by Cyera, and its current website says the acquisition has since happened.
What Oasis announced about the $120 million round
Oasis Security’s newsroom lists the Series B announcement on April 7, 2026, and says the funding brought the company’s total raised to $195 million. Oasis’s press release carried by Newswire and a SecurityWeek article are dated March 19, 2026, so those publication dates differ from the date shown in the company newsroom. Oasis’s newsroom announcement and the Newswire release provide the company’s account.
Investors named
Craft Ventures led the round. Oasis’s release names existing investors Cyberstarts, Sequoia Capital, and Accel as participants. Craft Ventures’ own March 19, 2026 investor post also names Leaders Fund; that additional name is specific to Craft’s account.
What Oasis said it would do with the funding
Oasis said it planned to expand research and development for its Agentic Access Management (AAM) platform, broaden support for AI agent frameworks and enterprise systems, and grow global sales and go-to-market operations. Those are stated plans, not confirmation that the expansion has been completed.

What Agentic Access Management means at Oasis
Oasis describes AAM as a way for organizations to govern what AI agents can do across enterprise systems. Its materials emphasize centrally defined policies, scoped and temporary permissions, and an audit trail linking an agent’s prompt and intent to the policy applied, session, and action. These are the vendor’s descriptions of its offering, not independently verified product findings. See Oasis’s AAM overview.
How AAM relates to non-human identity governance
Oasis positions AAM alongside its broader non-human identity (NHI) governance offering. Its materials describe NHIs as identities such as service accounts, service principals, applications, and roles, and frame the platform for cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises environments. The available materials do not establish a detailed, current compatibility matrix; organizations evaluating the product should confirm supported integrations and deployment details directly with Oasis. The company’s broader description is at Oasis Security.

Oasis’s later acquisition by Cyera
On July 28, 2026, Oasis said it had signed a letter of intent to be acquired by Cyera and that the transaction was in process. Oasis’s current homepage now states that the acquisition has happened. The July post records the earlier announcement stage; the homepage is the current status signal in the available company sources. Read Oasis’s July 28 announcement.

The announcement establishes the size and stated purpose of the round, but it does not independently verify product performance, customer outcomes, or the completion of the expansion plans. Oasis’s release also reported fivefold year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth and said most of its client base came from the Fortune 500; those are company-reported promotional metrics, not independently audited figures.
Craft Ventures partner Michael Robinson said in the firm’s March 19, 2026 post: “AI is reshaping enterprise infrastructure, and access has become one of the most important control layers in that transition.” This is Craft’s investment perspective, rather than an independent assessment of Oasis’s product.
