What’s included in the Avatar Legends Pack?
SEGA’s collaboration DLC guide identifies the Avatar Legends content as Wave 6 and names four items: Aang and Katara as racers, the Gliding Air machine, and the Lion Turtle Island course. SEGA cautions that DLC contents and release dates may change.

How to get the Avatar Legends content
SEGA describes two purchase routes: get the Season Pass, which unlocks crossover content when it comes out, or purchase the collaboration DLC separately. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the Season Pass, according to SEGA’s course page. Check the edition details for your platform and region before purchasing; the cited pages do not state current prices.
- Own the base game. The Avatar Legends Pack is DLC for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. SEGA’s purchase guide lists a physical Standard Edition containing the base game.
- Choose a purchase route. If you already own the Season Pass, check whether the pack is available through it on your platform. Otherwise, check the current listing for a separate collaboration DLC purchase. If considering Digital Deluxe, confirm that the platform listing includes the Season Pass.
- Confirm availability before buying. Availability can differ by platform and region. SEGA’s guide does not give a confirmed current release status or direct platform-specific listing.
- Update the game. SEGA’s general DLC notice says the game must be updated to the latest version to access DLC. This is general guidance, not an Avatar Legends-specific unlock procedure.
How to use Aang, Katara, Gliding Air and Lion Turtle Island
The cited official pages identify the announced content but do not explain how to claim it, where to select the racers or machine, or how to access the course after purchase. Do not rely on an assumed menu path: follow the current platform storefront and in-game instructions once the pack is available. The sources also do not establish that the pack is playable on every platform now.

- Check the storefront listing for the pack’s current availability and whether your purchase route covers it.
- Install the latest game update, as SEGA requires the latest version for DLC access generally.
- If the content is still missing, consult the platform’s current download instructions or SEGA support. The official pages cited here do not document a specific Avatar Legends recovery step.
Season Pass or separate DLC: which route fits?
| Route | What SEGA confirms | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Season Pass | SEGA says it unlocks crossover content when it comes out. | Whether the pass is available for your platform and region, and whether the Avatar Legends Pack is available through it now. |
| Digital Deluxe Edition | SEGA’s course page says it includes the Season Pass. | The specific edition’s contents on your platform and whether it makes sense if you already own the base game. |
| Separate collaboration DLC | SEGA says collaboration DLC will also be available for separate purchase. | The current listing, availability, and terms for your platform and region. |
The official pages cited here provide no prices, so they do not establish which route costs less. Compare the current listing with what you already own rather than assuming a pass or edition is the better value.
