Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallFor native iOS and Android visual regression, start by comparing Applitools Eyes and BrowserStack App Percy against your existing test framework and device needs. For mobile websites, evaluate Percy’s separate mobile-browser workflow rather than assuming the native-app options cover the same use case. Neither vendor is a universal winner: the available product documentation does not establish an independent comparison of speed, accuracy, reliability, or cost.
Visual testing checks rendered screens against approved baselines to flag unintended appearance changes. It complements functional tests; it does not establish that an app behaves correctly. The right shortlist depends first on whether you are testing a native app or a website in a mobile browser.
Which mobile visual testing tool fits your project?
| Tool or workflow | Best fit | Documented entry points and coverage | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Applitools Eyes | Teams adding visual checkpoints to an existing native mobile automation suite. | Applitools documents Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest workflows, with real or emulated iOS and Android device coverage. | Framework, device-grid, and visual-review claims are from Applitools’ documentation, not an independent test. Mobile testing support |
| BrowserStack App Percy | Teams testing native iOS or Android apps and seeking the documented Percy framework entry points and real-device offering. | BrowserStack lists Appium, Espresso, Maestro, XCUITest, Storybook React Native, and Playwright. It advertises 20,000+ real devices. | The device count is a BrowserStack claim, not independently verified here. App Percy documentation |
| Percy mobile-browser workflow | Teams checking a mobile website in a browser rather than a native app. | The reviewed documentation lists Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android (Beta), using real mobile devices. | Requires a Desktop & Mobile plan according to the reviewed docs; screenshot width follows the device and capture defaults to portrait. Check current availability and plan terms. Percy mobile-browser documentation |
| ScreenshotNeo | Developers who need clean screenshots of mobile web pages through an API or AI-agent workflow, rather than a visual-regression baseline and diff system. | One GET request can return a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF; its MCP server offers screenshot and page-info tools. | It is not presented here as a replacement for native-app visual regression testing. Choose by app type before comparing features
Native iOS or Android application
Use this path when your test drives screens in an installed app. Applitools describes checkpoints within Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest scripts. BrowserStack describes App Percy for native iOS and Android and lists a broader set of framework entry points, including Maestro and Playwright. Confirm that the specific framework, language, OS versions, and devices you use are currently supported before committing.
Mobile website
A responsive website viewed in Safari or Chrome is a browser workflow, not a native-app workflow. BrowserStack documents mobile-browser visual testing separately from App Percy’s native-app offering. Its reviewed docs list Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android (Beta), and state that mobile screenshots use real devices, have device-fixed width, and default to portrait. Those constraints may matter if your tests require landscape, a particular browser/OS combination, or a wider device matrix.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Screenshot capture without regression review
A screenshot endpoint can be useful for generating page captures, previews, or artifacts, but a capture alone does not provide the baseline comparison and review process that defines visual regression testing. If you need native app checkpoints, compare the native workflows above; if you only need clean mobile-web captures, a screenshot API may be more suitable.
How to shortlist the two native-app options
1. Match your current automation framework
Start with the tests you already run. Applitools documents Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest. BrowserStack App Percy lists Appium, Espresso, Maestro, XCUITest, Storybook React Native, and Playwright. Treat those as vendor-documented entry points, not a guarantee that every version or configuration is supported; verify your exact stack in current documentation.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
2. Write down the device matrix you must cover
- List target operating systems and versions, device models, screen sizes, and orientations.
- Decide whether tests must run on physical devices, emulators, or both.
- Establish whether your team wants to operate devices itself or use a vendor’s device environment.
- Ask vendors to confirm the actual devices and configurations available to your account. A headline device count does not by itself prove coverage of your required matrix.
3. Examine baseline review and dynamic-content handling
Applitools describes match levels, ways to mark expected-to-change regions, and review that identifies changed elements or regions. Those controls address a common source of noisy visual diffs: content that changes even when the interface is behaving as intended. Confirm how baseline updates are proposed, approved, tied to branches or commits, and audited in the workflow you will actually use. The reviewed documentation does not establish a neutral head-to-head assessment of diff quality.
4. Check workflow and commercial access
Map how visual results will fit into CI, pull-request review, and intentional UI changes. For Percy’s mobile-browser workflow, the reviewed documentation says a Desktop & Mobile plan is required and points to plan information or a free-trial request. Current pricing, usage limits, and trial terms are not established here; check the vendor’s current plan details rather than inferring cost from feature pages.

What the vendors claim about breadth
Applitools’ Eyes documentation describes integrations with 50+ frameworks and tools and rendering across 100+ browser, viewport, and mobile-device combinations. These are Applitools-stated product figures in its 2026 documentation, not independently measured coverage counts. Eyes product documentation
BrowserStack’s App Percy documentation advertises 20,000+ real devices. This is also a vendor-stated figure, not a verified count of devices available to every plan or a claim that every combination is supported for every framework. BrowserStack App Percy documentation

Where ScreenshotNeo fits
ScreenshotNeo is the alternative to try first when the requirement is mobile-web screenshot capture rather than native-app visual regression. It offers a screenshot API and MCP server for developers; it does not replace the mobile-app checkpoint and baseline-review workflows described above.
For a capture, create an API key and use the documented endpoint. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for available parameters and response details.

The API can return PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF. Its clean-shot workflow can accept cookie/consent banners and remove supported consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; those steps can be disabled. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify page verdict and billing status in headers. An MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf for compatible AI-agent clients.
Plans include 1,000 screenshots per month free with no card, then paid options starting at $5 for 3,000 shots; yearly billing gives two months free. Sign up for ScreenshotNeo’s free plan.
Practical decision
- For native-app checkpoints in an existing Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest suite, evaluate Applitools Eyes and App Percy with your own representative screens and device matrix.
- If Maestro, Storybook React Native, or Playwright is central to your native workflow, include App Percy because BrowserStack lists those entry points in its documentation.
- For a mobile website, assess Percy’s separate browser workflow against its documented browser, plan, device-width, and orientation conditions.
- For clean mobile-web captures without baseline regression review, consider ScreenshotNeo’s API or MCP server as a separate capture tool.
No neutral head-to-head benchmark in the reviewed sources justifies naming either native-app vendor faster, more accurate, more reliable, or cheaper overall.
