If Fluxguard is not emailing you about website changes in India, first find out whether it detected and recorded a change at all. If a new version exists, check your alert frequency and mailbox handling; if it does not, check the monitored page, crawl status, and detection settings. The available documentation does not establish an India-specific restriction or current regional delivery incident, so location alone is not evidence of the cause.
First identify where the alert process stopped
There are two separate failure points: Fluxguard may not have crawled the page or recorded a qualifying change, or it may have recorded the change but the email is delayed, filtered, or sent on a schedule you did not expect. Check the captured version before changing email settings.
- Open the monitored session and confirm the site and page are enabled.
- Check whether the initial crawl completed and whether a later crawl produced a new captured version.
- If a new version exists, inspect the difference and then check the session’s notification preferences and recipient mailbox.
Confirm Fluxguard crawled the page
Fluxguard’s monitoring tutorial advises waiting for the initial crawl, then reviewing Session View and the captured versions. A page that has not completed its initial crawl—or has not been crawled again since the change—cannot produce a change alert for that change.
Check crawl frequency and verification
Review the session’s crawl frequency in Session Settings. Fluxguard’s frequency guide says faster crawl frequencies require site verification by email from the monitored domain. If you recently changed the schedule, check whether that verification was completed and whether the selected frequency is the one you intended.

Check whether the change matched the detection settings
Fluxguard describes text extraction as its default primary detection strategy. After that strategy detects a change and a new version is recorded, Fluxguard performs additional comparisons, including HTML, visual, and network comparisons. That order matters: a visual-only or code-only difference may not have triggered the configured primary strategy.
- Open the session’s Detect tab and review the configured detection criteria.
- Inspect the captured version and diff to confirm what changed.
- If the change is absent from the capture, investigate the crawl or page access. If it is present but no alert arrived, move on to notification preferences and email delivery.
Verify alert timing and categories
Fluxguard’s FAQ says daily change summaries are the default. Account Settings controls alert frequency; the documented choices include immediate, daily, weekly, and other available intervals. Category selection can also limit which site changes appear in email.

- Check Account Settings for the actual email cadence. A daily or weekly summary can look like a missing instant alert if you expect immediate delivery.
- Confirm the relevant change category is selected for email.
- Allow for the configured interval before treating a scheduled digest as a delivery failure.
Look for the message in your email provider
If Fluxguard recorded a change and the account is configured to email it, check the recipient mailbox and any rules that could move or reject messages. The steps below are specific to Gmail; with another provider, use its equivalent mailbox search and administrator controls.
Gmail checks
- Search Mail, Spam, and Bin for Fluxguard messages.
- Review filters for rules that skip the inbox or delete matching messages.
- Check forwarding settings and connected email clients that may have moved or removed the message.
- Confirm the Google account is not out of storage.
- If the message is in Spam, mark it “Not spam.” Google also documents adding a trusted sender to contacts or creating a filter to prevent messages from going to Spam.
Compare another notification route and collect evidence
Fluxguard documents Slack and webhook integrations as additional notification routes. If you already configured one, compare it with email: a Slack or webhook notification alongside a captured change points toward an email preference or mailbox issue; no recorded version points back toward crawling or detection. A difference between routes is a diagnostic clue, not proof of an India-specific delivery problem.

- Used Book in Good Condition
Before contacting Fluxguard support or your email administrator, record:
- The monitored URL and the session’s last successful crawl.
- Whether a new captured version and diff exist.
- Your configured alert frequency and selected category.
- The expected alert time, recipient email provider, and any bounce or rejection message.
- Whether a configured Slack or webhook route received a notification.
The available documentation does not confirm an India-specific restriction or establish a current delivery incident. Use the evidence above to locate the failure rather than assuming geography is responsible.

If you also need a screenshot of a page to inspect a change, ScreenshotNeo is a separate screenshot API and MCP server; it does not replace Fluxguard’s change alerts. A single GET request returns an image or PDF, and its response identifies outcomes such as a bot check, blank page, failed load, or cache hit. Its cleanup can accept cookie and consent banners and remove known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture.
