To get an alert for a sold-out lululemon item, sign in to the lululemon app or website, open the product, choose the exact colour and size you want, then select “notify me.” lululemon says it will email you to confirm the request. For stock you can buy sooner, check nearby stores from the product page.
Sign up for an alert for a specific size and colour
- Open lululemon’s app or website and sign in to your account. Create an account if you do not have one.
- Find the sold-out product and select the colour and size you want.
- Choose “notify me.” Watch your email for lululemon’s confirmation that it recorded the request.
The alert is tied to the product variant you selected, so choose your preferred colour and size before submitting the request. lululemon’s Product Availability help page describes back-in-stock notifications on its app and website.
Check nearby store inventory
If you would rather look for available stock now, open the item page and use “check all store inventory” below “add to bag.” You can also filter products by “available near you” and choose a store. This is useful if you can visit a location or are open to buying from local stock instead of waiting for the online item to return.
Restock alerts are different from marketing emails
Turning on account email preferences is for general updates about product drops, collaborations and community events. It does not replace selecting a particular item, colour and size and requesting a back-in-stock notification. For general email settings, use the profile and email-preference options described by lululemon’s account page.

What to expect after requesting an alert
- The confirmation email tells you the request was recorded; the help information does not state how soon a restock alert will arrive.
- An alert does not reserve inventory for you. Product availability remains subject to stock, as described in lululemon’s Terms of Use.
- The reviewed help information does not promise that every item or variant will have an alert option, or that a notification will arrive by a particular time.
