FireShot can capture multiple webpages in two ways: use Capture all tabs… for pages already open in your browser, or Capture list of URLs… to process a prepared list of addresses. The available batch and full-page options depend on your FireShot edition and browser.
Choose the workflow that matches your pages
| What you have | FireShot command | Useful when |
|---|---|---|
| Pages already open in browser tabs | Capture all tabs… | You have opened the pages and want FireShot to capture them together. |
| A prepared set of web addresses | Capture list of URLs… | You want to submit URLs as a batch rather than open each page yourself. |
FireShot’s official demos describe saving captures to a specified folder and allowing additional options for the URL-list workflow. The exact output and full-page capabilities can differ by edition and browser.
Capture webpages that are already open
- Open each webpage you want to capture in a separate browser tab.
- Open the FireShot menu.
- Select Capture all tabs….
- Allow FireShot to capture the open tabs and save the results to the configured destination. The vendor’s all-tabs demo describes this automatic capture and save behavior.
- Review the resulting files. Depending on your installed edition, you may be able to save separate captures or combine them into one PDF.
FireShot’s current onboarding page presents saving all open tabs as separate captures and merging them into one paginated PDF as Pro features. Confirm the options shown in your installation before relying on a combined PDF.
Capture a list of URLs
- Open the FireShot menu and select Capture list of URLs….
- Enter the web addresses you want to capture.
- Set the additional options available in your version, such as output format and destination.
- Start the batch and let FireShot open and capture the listed pages.
- Check the saved results. The vendor’s URL-list demo shows results saved as image files or PDF, including an option to bundle pages into one PDF or save one per page.
Full-page batch capture is identified as a Pro feature on FireShot’s current onboarding page. There is no published maximum batch size in the reviewed vendor material, so start with a small batch if the job is important and confirm every expected file was created.

- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Choose image files or a PDF
FireShot’s product page lists PDF, PNG, GIF, JPEG, and BMP as formats supported across its capture product. The URL-list onboarding example names PDF, PNG, and JPEG for batch results. Do not assume every format or a merged PDF is offered by every edition or browser; use the output choices presented by your installed version.
- Separate images: convenient when each webpage needs to remain an independent file.
- One PDF: useful for reading or sharing a group of captures as a document, where the installed edition offers merging.
- PDFs per page: an option shown in the URL-list example for keeping each captured page in its own document.
Know which FireShot edition and browser features apply
FireShot describes the basic extension as free and its current onboarding page identifies full-page batch capture of multiple URLs and saving all tabs into one PDF as Pro capabilities. The product page lists PDF, PNG, GIF, JPEG, and BMP, but the available choices may vary with edition and browser. Check the live FireShot product page for current plan and pricing details; the onboarding page currently displays $39.95 per year and also describes monthly, annual, and lifetime license choices, which may change.

The Mozilla Add-ons listing describes Firefox support for capturing all tabs and URL-list batches, but its listed version is 1.12.18, last updated June 5, 2023. Its details may lag newer vendor releases. FireShot’s onboarding page names Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Tor, Opera, Brave, SeaMonkey, Pale Moon, Yandex, Vivaldi, and other Chromium- or Mozilla-based browsers for Pro; that is vendor-stated compatibility, not independent testing.
Troubleshoot a batch that does not produce the expected files
- The menu command is missing: confirm FireShot is installed and enabled in that browser, then check whether the option is available in your edition. Pro is required for the documented full-page batch features.
- Some tabs or URLs are missing from the output: compare the saved files against your input list, then retry a small batch. FireShot does not publish a universal batch limit or guarantee successful capture of every dynamic page.
- The output is not full-page: check that you selected a full-page option and that your edition supports full-page batch capture. The ordinary visible-area capture and full-page capture are not interchangeable.
- You cannot create one combined PDF: verify that your installed version offers the merge option; saving captures individually and merging them are distinct outputs, and the combined-PDF capability is presented as Pro.
- A requested format is unavailable: choose from the formats shown in the installed workflow. FireShot’s overall product format list does not establish that each format is available in every batch or browser context.
Or skip the browser setup
If you need programmatic captures rather than a browser-extension batch, ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server. A single GET request can return an image or PDF; for example, this cURL request saves a WebP screenshot. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for parameters and response details.
