ScreenshotNeo lists six monthly tiers from free through $249 for 1,000,000 shots; its pricing information says every feature is available on every plan. A yearly billing option gives two months free. The listed tiers are $0 for 1,000, $5 for 3,000, $15 for 15,000, $39 for 60,000, $99 for 250,000 and $249 for 1,000,000 shots per month.
How to compare the real cost
Compare included successful captures, not just the subscription
First estimate how many usable screenshots you need each month. Then compare that number with each plan’s quota and work out the effective price per 1,000 included captures. For example, ScreenshotNeo’s $5 monthly tier includes 3,000 shots, while SnapshotAPI lists ₹499 for 1,000. Those are different currencies and different quotas; neither headline alone establishes which will cost less after conversion, taxes or fees.

Check what counts as billable
A “screenshot” or “render” is not necessarily defined the same way across providers. ScreenshotOne says failed screenshots and cache-served captures generally do not count, subject to a cache-miss caveat. Urlbox says only first-time renders or REST API screenshots count toward quota. ScreenshotNeo states that failed shots are never billed and identifies outcomes such as bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits as non-billed. Check the provider’s billing rules for your intended capture pattern rather than assuming quotas are interchangeable.
Include overages, limits and rollover in the estimate
If your monthly use can exceed the included quota, compare overage rates or metered pricing as well as the base fee. Also check rate limits and whether unused quota rolls over; the prices listed here do not establish a common rollover policy or equivalent rate limit across providers.

Match features to the plan
Before choosing on price, verify that the tier supports the output and capture conditions your application needs. Relevant differences can include PDF output, full-page capture, mobile viewports, geolocation and support level. These features vary by provider and plan; ScreenshotNeo says every feature is on every plan.
What an Indian customer may actually pay
SnapshotAPI displays rupee prices. ScreenshotOne and Urlbox list prices in USD and say VAT is excluded. ScreenshotNeo lists prices in US dollars; its merchant of record charges tax based on the customer’s country, but its pricing page does not establish a fixed India checkout total. The published prices reviewed here do not determine every buyer’s final charge after applicable taxes, currency conversion or payment fees. Check the amount and currency shown at checkout before subscribing.
