Windows laptop पर Microsoft Edge में webpage खोलें, Ctrl+P दबाएँ, print dialog में उपलब्ध PDF destination चुनें, preview जाँचें और Print या Save करके फ़ाइल का नाम और folder चुनें। PDF विकल्प और बटन के नाम browser तथा system configuration के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।
Microsoft Edge में webpage को PDF के रूप में कैसे save करें
- Microsoft Edge में वह webpage खोलें जिसे PDF बनाना है।
- Ctrl+P दबाएँ। चाहें तो Edge menu या page पर right-click करके Print चुनें। Microsoft Support के अनुसार Ctrl+P से print dialog खुलता है।
- Print dialog के destination या printer विकल्प में उपलब्ध PDF destination चुनें। अगर कई destinations दिखें, तो physical printer के बजाय PDF output चुनें। सटीक label आपके dialog में अलग हो सकता है।
- Preview देखें। फिर जरूरत के अनुसार pages, orientation, paper size, margins, scaling, color, headers and footers या background graphics बदलें। उपलब्ध controls dialog और configuration पर निर्भर करते हैं।
- Print या Save चुनें। Prompt आने पर filename और folder तय करें।
- चुने हुए folder में PDF खोलकर जाँचें कि पेज और layout सही हैं।
Print dialog की उपयोगी settings
- Pages: पूरी webpage के बजाय जरूरी page range चुनें, यदि dialog यह विकल्प देता है।
- Orientation: सामान्य लेख के लिए portrait और चौड़ी सामग्री के लिए landscape preview करके देखें।
- Margins और scaling: किनारों पर कटे text या बहुत छोटे content को सुधारने के लिए इनका समायोजन करें।
- Background graphics: रंगीन sections या background print में न दिखें तो preview में यह setting जाँचें।
- Headers and footers: तारीख, page number या शीर्षक जैसे print-added विवरण चाहिए या नहीं, उसके अनुसार setting चुनें।
Clutter हटाएँ या पेज का केवल हिस्सा save करें
Immersive Reader इस्तेमाल करें
यदि webpage बहुत cluttered है, तो Edge में Immersive Reader उपलब्ध होने पर पहले उसमें पढ़ने का view खोलें और फिर print करें। यह सुविधा हर website पर उपलब्ध नहीं होती।
चुने हुए text या images print करें
जिस text या image को रखना है उसे select करें, फिर selection पर context menu खोलकर Microsoft Edge का print विकल्प इस्तेमाल करें। चयनित सामग्री और उपलब्ध विकल्प page के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।
अगर PDF destination या preview न दिखे
- PDF विकल्प नहीं मिल रहा: destination/printer choices ध्यान से देखें और system print dialog आज़माएँ। Microsoft का Edge guide किसी विशेष setup में PDF विकल्प गायब होने का कारण निश्चित नहीं करता। Edge में system dialog खोलने का shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P है; इसे Microsoft की keyboard shortcuts सूची में दर्ज किया गया है।
- Preview खुलने में विफल हो: print action फिर से करें या Edge restart करके देखें।
- समस्या सिर्फ एक webpage पर है: दूसरी webpage या document print करके जाँचें कि समस्या page-specific है या नहीं।
- PDF webpage से अलग दिखे: preview में margins, scaling, orientation और background graphics जाँचें।
- समस्या बनी रहे: Microsoft के अनुसार print समस्या webpage/document, Edge, printer driver, Windows, connectivity या hardware से जुड़ी हो सकती है। उनके Edge print troubleshooting निर्देश देखें।
