अगर Android पर लंबा वेबपेज कैप्चर करते समय स्क्रीनशॉट बीच में रुक जाए, तो पहले देखें कि आपके फोन में कौन-सा तरीका उपलब्ध है: Android का Capture more या Samsung Galaxy का Scroll Capture। ये सुविधाएँ हर स्क्रीन पर काम नहीं करतीं; पहले आधिकारिक चरण आज़माएँ, फिर किसी दूसरे स्क्रॉल होने वाले पेज पर तुलना करें।

Android 12 और उसके बाद के संस्करणों में Google का Capture more विकल्प अधिकांश स्क्रॉल होने वाली स्क्रीन पर उपलब्ध है—सभी पर नहीं। Samsung Galaxy में Scroll Capture का अपना टूलबार-आधारित तरीका है। इसलिए स्क्रीनशॉट लेते समय दिखने वाला नियंत्रण आपके फोन और स्क्रीन के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है।

Android का Capture more इस्तेमाल करें
- वेबपेज खोलें और जाँचें कि आप उसे सामान्य रूप से नीचे तक स्क्रॉल कर सकते हैं।
- Power + Volume Down दबाकर स्क्रीनशॉट लें।
- स्क्रीनशॉट के बाद Capture more दिखे तो उस पर टैप करें।
- दिखने वाले क्रॉप गाइड को नीचे तक खींचकर इच्छित हिस्सा शामिल करें और स्क्रीन पर दिए गए सेव/पुष्टि नियंत्रण से परिणाम सहेजें।
अगर Capture more दिखाई ही न दे, तो पहले Android संस्करण और स्क्रीन की पात्रता पर ध्यान दें: Google का दस्तावेज़ इसे Android 12+ और अधिकांश स्क्रॉल होने वाली स्क्रीन के लिए बताता है, न कि हर ऐप या वेबपेज के लिए।

Samsung Galaxy पर Scroll Capture जाँचें और जारी रखें
कैप्चर टूलबार चालू करें
- Settings > Advanced features > Screenshots and screen recorder खोलें।
- Show toolbar after capturing चालू करें।
- यदि आपके फोन में मेनू का नाम अलग है, Samsung के अनुसार कुछ डिवाइसों में विकल्प Screen capture नाम से दिख सकता है।
Scroll Capture को आगे बढ़ाएँ
- ऐसे पेज पर जाएँ जो सामान्य रूप से स्क्रॉल होता हो और स्क्रीनशॉट लें।
- कैप्चर टूलबार में Scroll Capture पर टैप करें।
- और नीचे का हिस्सा जोड़ने के लिए Scroll Capture आइकन को दबाकर रखें।
- काम पूरा होने पर टूलबार के बाहर टैप करके कैप्चर समाप्त करें।
- Photos या डिवाइस की Gallery में सहेजा गया चित्र खोलकर देखें कि इच्छित अंतिम हिस्सा शामिल हुआ है या नहीं।

अगर स्क्रीनशॉट फिर भी बीच में रुकता है
- पेज खुद नीचे नहीं जाता: पहले पुष्टि करें कि वेबपेज या ऐप सामान्य स्क्रॉलिंग की अनुमति देता है।
- Capture more नहीं दिखता: देखें कि फोन Android 12 या बाद का है और स्क्रीन स्क्रॉल होने वाली है; Google इसे अधिकांश, सभी नहीं, स्क्रीन पर उपलब्ध बताता है।
- Galaxy में Scroll Capture नहीं दिखता: टूलबार सेटिंग जाँचें और देखें कि आपके डिवाइस के मेनू में विकल्प Screen capture नाम से तो नहीं है।
- एक ही पेज पर कैप्चर बार-बार रुकता है: किसी दूसरे साधारण, स्क्रॉल होने वाले पेज पर आज़माएँ। Samsung के अनुसार सामग्री कैप्चर की लंबाई बदल सकती है, लेकिन इससे किसी एक पेज के रुकने का निश्चित कारण साबित नहीं होता।

इन चरणों के बाद भी दिक्कत हो तो फोन का make/model, Android संस्करण, Galaxy होने पर One UI संस्करण, इस्तेमाल किया गया ब्राउज़र या ऐप, और यह समस्या अन्य पेजों पर भी होती है या नहीं—ये विवरण नोट करें। Google कहता है कि उसके स्क्रीनशॉट चरण काम न करें तो फोन निर्माता की सहायता साइट देखें। उपलब्ध आधिकारिक निर्देश किसी खास बीच-पेज रुकने की व्यक्तिगत वजह तय नहीं करते; वे कोई विफलता दर या अधिकतम स्क्रीनशॉट लंबाई भी प्रकाशित नहीं करते।
