To customize your Streamlabs Merch Storefront, first add at least one product. Then open Streamlabs Dashboard → Merch Store → Storefront and adjust the layout, header, banner, navigation, theme, background, font, and font color. Streamlabs specifies a banner size of 1106 × 508 pixels.
Before you start
Streamlabs makes storefront customization available after you add at least one product. Sign in to the Streamlabs Dashboard, choose Merch Store in the left navigation, and open the Storefront tab.
Customize the storefront
1. Choose a product layout
The available layouts are clean, grid, and cards. Choose the one that presents your products most clearly: a grid or cards can make a range of items easy to scan, while a clean layout can keep attention on the products themselves.
2. Set the header and navigation
Choose whether the header uses your Streamlabs avatar or text. You can also show or hide product categories and the Creator Sites navigation bar. Keep the navigation that gives shoppers a useful route through your store; hide options that add no value for your catalog.

Upload a banner designed to the specified dimensions: 1106 × 508 pixels. Streamlabs does not specify accepted file formats, a maximum file size, or a safe area in its customization guide, so check the dashboard if your upload is rejected or important artwork is cropped.
4. Match the theme, background, and typography
You can use a theme that matches your Creator Site, choose a premade theme, or select a custom theme. The background-color control is available only when using a custom theme. Choose a font style and font color that remain readable against the selected background.

5. Review the storefront
Streamlabs documents these settings in the Storefront tab but does not describe a separate publish or preview sequence for storefront customization. Check the storefront as it appears to visitors using the controls available in your dashboard; do not assume a particular save or publish button if it is not shown.
Storefront settings are different from product design
The storefront controls change how shoppers browse the store; they do not create or edit the artwork on an individual item. To make a product, select an item in Merch Store, upload artwork, use the editor guides to size and position it, preview the design, then finalize the product details and publish it. The editor guide describes a 3D preview, text and image templates, patterns and embroidery options, stitch choices, resize/reposition/rotate controls, and print-safe boundaries.

Streamlabs says existing designs do not receive the editor updates described in its guide; you need to create a new design to use those changes. Product pricing and creator profit are set during finalization. Streamlabs says profit is calculated after standard PayPal fees, but the storefront guide does not state a fixed fee rate. It also describes custom product images for Streamlabs Ultra subscribers and an additional discount on merch items; verify current plan terms in Streamlabs before relying on either benefit.
Promote the store after customizing it
Customization changes the presentation, but it does not automatically bring viewers to the store. Streamlabs describes merch purchase alerts that can trigger on stream, a Twitch profile extension and merch commands for discoverability, and a YouTube merch shelf integration for eligible creators. Treat platform eligibility as subject to current Twitch and YouTube rules; the integration articles are not a substitute for checking those requirements.
