For a 1200 × 630 image, the values are 1200 and 630.
Use the actual dimensions of the referenced image
The Open Graph protocol defines og:image:width as the image’s width in pixels and og:image:height as its height in pixels. These are optional structured properties; they describe the image, rather than prescribing a size or aspect ratio. See the Open Graph protocol.
For example, if the image file at the URL is 1200 pixels wide and 630 pixels high, write:

<meta property="og:image:width" content="1200">
<meta property="og:image:height" content="630">Use the image’s pixel dimensions, not its CSS display size, an intended aspect ratio, or dimensions copied from a different image. If you resize or replace the image, update the metadata to match the new file.

Keep each image and its dimensions together
Place the width and height directly after the og:image root they describe, before the next og:image root. A new root starts a new structured-property group. The protocol also says that when duplicate values conflict, the first tag from top to bottom is preferred.
For two images with different dimensions, repeat the group for each one:

<meta property="og:image:height" content="800">Here the first image is 1200 × 630 pixels and the alternate is 800 × 800 pixels. Do not put both images first and then list all dimensions afterward: keeping each root and its properties together makes the association clear.
Do not confuse recommended image size with metadata values
Wix recommends an Open Graph image of 1200 × 630 pixels, approximately a 1.91:1 ratio, and a maximum file size of 8 MB. Its guidance also gives 200 × 200 pixels as a minimum and recommends 600 × 315 pixels or larger. These are Wix’s published image recommendations, not definitions of the Open Graph width and height properties.

If your actual image has different dimensions, report those dimensions accurately. The metadata fields do not turn an image into the recommended size.
Check the page after changing its image metadata

Confirm the width and height tags appear after the image root they describe and before any later
og:imageroot. -
If a Facebook preview still shows old information after an update, Wix recommends entering the page URL in Facebook’s debugger to refresh the site information.

For another social network, use that network’s own validator when available. Facebook’s debugger is not a universal preview checker; Wix points to separate validators for other networks.
