ScreenshotAPI.net’s published plans start at $9 per month for 1,000 screenshots. For bulk jobs, Essential allows up to 200 URLs per job, Startup costs $29 per month for 10,000 screenshots and allows 1,000 URLs per job, and Business costs $175 per month for 100,000 screenshots and lists its per-job limit as unlimited. The service also advertises a 100-screenshot, 7-day trial. Prices and quotas below are those displayed on ScreenshotAPI.net’s pricing page as checked October 3, 2026; confirm the current checkout total and plan terms before subscribing.

ScreenshotAPI.net bulk pricing at a glance

The most important distinction is between your monthly screenshot allowance and the number of URLs you can submit in a single bulk job. A plan can have enough monthly capacity for a project but still require splitting a large list into smaller jobs.

Plan Published price Included screenshots URLs per bulk job Published request rate
7-day trial Free 100 Not presented in the pricing table Not presented in the pricing table
Essential $9/month 1,000 200 20 requests/minute
Startup $29/month 10,000 1,000 40 requests/minute
Business $175/month 100,000 Unlimited 80 requests/minute

These are the figures displayed on ScreenshotAPI.net’s pricing page. The page promotes 50% off the first month of any monthly plan as a limited-time offer, so do not assume the promotion will still be available; verify the amount shown at checkout. Its Business “unlimited” label applies to URLs per job in the displayed plan table, not to monthly screenshot usage, which is listed as 100,000.

Which plan fits your bulk workload?

Essential: small or divided batches

At $9/month, Essential includes 1,000 screenshots and accepts up to 200 URLs per job, with a listed rate of 20 requests per minute. It can suit a monthly workload within that allowance if you can divide larger lists into jobs of 200 URLs or fewer.

Elebase USB to USB C Adapter for iPhone 18 Pro Max,USBC Car Charger Adapter
  • Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
  • Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
  • Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
  • Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
  • 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.

Startup: up to 1,000 URLs in one job

Startup is listed at $29/month for 10,000 screenshots, a 1,000-URL job limit, and 40 requests per minute. A single 1,000-URL job exceeds Essential’s displayed 200-URL limit but fits Startup’s stated batch size.

Business: higher listed allowance and no stated per-job cap

Business is listed at $175/month for 100,000 screenshots and 80 requests per minute. The pricing table says its batch limit is “Unlimited,” but the reviewed plan information does not define a technical maximum or fair-use terms. Treat the monthly allowance as 100,000 screenshots, not unlimited usage.

How to estimate cost and throughput

  • Estimate how many screenshots you expect to count during a billing month, then compare that number with the plan allowance.
  • Check the size of your largest individual submission against the per-job cap. For example, 1,000 URLs in one job fit Startup’s displayed cap but exceed Essential’s.
  • Use the published request rate as a separate plan limit. It does not establish how long a large batch will take to finish; the pricing page does not give enough information to calculate total processing time from the per-minute rate alone.
  • Do not assume an overage rate or carry unused quota forward. The reviewed pricing and terms pages do not state a separate per-screenshot overage price or explain every quota edge case.

How bulk screenshot submission works

ScreenshotAPI.net documents two batch-input routes: send a JSON API request containing a list of URLs and optional settings, or upload a CSV through its dashboard or API. For CSV input, the required URL column is named url, and each row needs a fully qualified URL. Optional row values can specify output file type, viewport dimensions, injected CSS, a delay, and request headers.

The documented workflow includes checking job-processing status and retrieving the resulting output through the dashboard or API. ScreenshotAPI.net also says it emails a download link when screenshots are ready. See its bulk screenshot documentation for the submission and retrieval details.

What counts toward usage

ScreenshotAPI.net’s help page says CSV bulk capture is available on paid tiers and that only successful screenshots count toward usage. Cached screenshots do not count unless you opt to render fresh screenshots. It describes plan-dependent rates from 20 to 80 requests per minute. Consult the service’s help page for the applicable behavior and confirm your account’s plan terms when budgeting a recurring workload.

Trial and billing details

The pricing page describes a free 7-day trial with 100 screenshots. Although the product overview also describes a 100-screenshot free start, the pricing page explicitly labels the offer as a 7-day trial; it should not be treated as a recurring monthly free tier.

If you need an alternative screenshot API rather than ScreenshotAPI.net’s bulk plans, ScreenshotNeo offers one-call captures and bulk capture of up to 100 URLs per call. Its plans include 1,000 shots per month free without a card, and its paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. Before capturing, it accepts consent banners and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, failed loads, timeouts, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status. An MCP server provides screenshot tools for AI agents and MCP clients. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.
