You can schedule a Kannada guided-relaxation replay in YouTube Studio, but scheduling only creates the future event—it does not play or loop your recording. To put the replay on air, send it through an encoder and start the broadcast in YouTube’s Live Control Room. For a genuinely continuous feed, the encoder or hosting service must keep delivering the video.
Choose between a scheduled event and a continuous feed
A scheduled YouTube Live event gives viewers a watch page before the broadcast and lets them opt into reminders. It is useful when you want to announce a particular relaxation session at a set time. The video still needs to be sent by an encoder, and you still need to start the broadcast in Live Control Room. See YouTube’s encoder instructions and live-stream setup guidance.
A continuous feed is different: the encoder or host keeps sending content, potentially looping the recording. Google documents 24/7 channel feeds separately from individual scheduled broadcasts in its YouTube Live Streaming API overview. A scheduled event by itself does not create an always-on loop.
Check channel eligibility before scheduling
- Your channel must be verified to live stream and must not have had a live-stream restriction in the previous 90 days. YouTube says first-time live activation can take up to 24 hours, so enable it well before your planned event. Confirm the current requirements in YouTube’s live-stream setup guide.
- Have a finished video file ready, including the Kannada narration, any music, and visuals. There is no special Kannada-specific streaming requirement in YouTube’s general workflow.
- Use only audio and visuals you have the necessary rights to use in both the live broadcast and any resulting archive.
Schedule the YouTube Live event
- Open YouTube Studio and choose Create → Go Live.
- Open Manage, then select Schedule stream.
- Create a new event or reuse settings from an earlier stream. Add a clear title and description that identify the session as a Kannada guided relaxation replay, and set the date and time you intend to begin.
- Save the event and use its watch page to share the upcoming session. Viewers can opt into reminders from that page.
Scheduling makes the event discoverable ahead of time; it does not start the replay automatically. You must connect an encoder and start the broadcast when you are ready.

Send the recording through an encoder and go live
YouTube supports software encoders and standalone hardware encoders. The exact controls for selecting a file and repeating it depend on the encoder you choose; check that encoder’s documentation for a loop or repeat-playback setting. Before going live, confirm the recording plays through cleanly, the narration and any background audio are audible, and the end-to-start transition is suitable for a relaxation session.
- In YouTube Studio’s Live Control Room, open the scheduled stream and locate its stream URL and stream key.
- In your encoder, enter the YouTube server URL and the stream key for that scheduled event. Keep the key private; anyone with access to it may be able to send a feed to your stream.
- Select the prepared recording as the encoder’s media source. If you want a continuous loop, enable repeat playback in the encoder and verify the transition before publishing.
- Start sending the video from the encoder. Wait for the preview to appear in Live Control Room, then check the picture and sound.
- When the preview is correct, click Go live in Live Control Room. Monitor the stream while it is running, especially at the loop transition.
YouTube’s encoder page also lists the AJA HELO Plus as a verified hardware encoder and describes scheduled pre-recorded media capability. It is an optional example, not a requirement; confirm that any encoder suits your setup and media before relying on it. See YouTube’s encoder guidance.

Decide how long to run it—and protect the archive
YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived. A stream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. If preserving a complete replay matters, keep a local recording and consider separate, shorter scheduled sessions rather than relying on one uninterrupted broadcast. YouTube’s current archive guidance is at Archive live streams.
- Choose separate scheduled sessions when each session needs its own reminder page and a more predictable chance of an automatic archive.
- Choose a continuous feed when the channel’s purpose is an always-on ambient stream. Plan for the encoder or host to keep delivering video, and treat the feed and the archive as separate outputs.
Clear rights and set realistic monetization expectations
You are responsible for the rights to every component of the replay: the spoken script and recording, background music, and visuals. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content and can interrupt or terminate a stream if the material continues after a warning. A license alone may not prevent a Content ID interruption if the rights holder has not allowlisted your channel. Read YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams and its livestream terms and conditions.

Do not assume that looping a prerecorded session will qualify for monetization. YouTube says content should be original and “authentic”; its policy update dated July 15, 2025 renamed “repetitious content” to “inauthentic content” to clarify how the policy applies to repetitive or mass-produced material. Reviewers may consider the channel’s theme, videos, metadata, and share of watch time, and the policy applies at channel level. Copyright permission and reused-content review are separate issues, and the outcome for a particular channel cannot be determined from the format alone. See YouTube channel monetization policies.

Troubleshoot common problems
- The stream does not start at the scheduled time: Scheduling does not send the recording. Start the encoder, confirm it is using the scheduled event’s server URL and stream key, wait for the preview, and click Go live in Live Control Room.
- No preview appears: Check that the encoder is actively sending video and that the stream URL and key match the scheduled event. Avoid sharing the key; if it may have been exposed, replace it in Studio and update the encoder.
- The replay stops instead of looping: Confirm that repeat playback is enabled in the encoder and that the media source has not reached its end or lost access to the file. Loop behavior is encoder-dependent.
- The narration is silent, clipped, or abruptly restarts: Preview the complete file before going live, check the encoder’s audio source and levels, and listen through the loop point. A local test is particularly useful for a quiet guided session.
- YouTube interrupts the feed: Check Live Control Room alerts and review the rights status of the narration, music, and visuals. A license does not necessarily prevent automated interruption if the rights holder has not allowlisted the channel.
- The archive is missing or incomplete: If the broadcast exceeded 12 hours, YouTube may not have captured it. Keep a local recording and use shorter sessions when a complete YouTube archive is important.
