पहले यह पता करें कि रुकावट JioFiber इंटरनेट में है, घर के Wi‑Fi में, किसी एक डिवाइस में, YouTube playback में या creator के live encoder में। MyJio में Home > JioCare > Run Diagnostics चलाएँ, फिर Wi‑Fi और दूसरे डिवाइस से तुलना करें। अगर आप खुद live stream कर रहे हैं, तो YouTube Studio का stream health और encoder संदेश देखें—viewer के रूप में VOD देखते समय आने वाली रुकावट से उसका निदान अलग है।
पहले पहचानें कि किस तरह की स्ट्रीम रुक रही है
“Disconnect” का मतलब अपने-आप यह नहीं कि JioFiber में खराबी है। रुकने का समय नोट करें और देखें कि उसी समय router के संकेतक बदलते हैं या नहीं, दूसरे websites या streaming services भी विफल होती हैं या सिर्फ YouTube। ये तुलना संभावित हिस्से अलग करने में मदद करती हैं, लेकिन अकेले किसी ISP-side fault को साबित नहीं करती।
- आप दर्शक हैं और VOD देखते हुए वीडियो रुकता है: playback, YouTube app/browser, डिवाइस और स्थानीय नेटवर्क जाँचें।
- आप creator हैं और YouTube Live gaming stream कटती है: upload क्षमता, YouTube Studio stream health और encoder configuration जाँचें।
- कई डिवाइसों पर कई सेवाएँ एक साथ रुकती हैं: Jio gateway और broadband diagnostics पहले चलाएँ।
- सिर्फ एक डिवाइस या एक app प्रभावित है: उसी डिवाइस/app की समस्या भी संभव है; दूसरे डिवाइस या नेटवर्क से तुलना करें।
JioFiber की स्थिति MyJio में जाँचें
- MyJio खोलें: Home > JioCare > Run Diagnostics पर जाएँ। Jio के अनुसार यह network health, router status, Wi‑Fi strength और device connectivity जाँचता है। JioFiber पर समस्या जाँचने की आधिकारिक विधि देखें।
- रिपोर्ट के निर्देश पूरे करें: ऐप weak Wi‑Fi signal, router offline, loose cables, speed drops या configuration errors जैसे मुद्दे दिखा सकता है और आगे के कदम बता सकता है।
- ऐप में Fix Now उपलब्ध हो तो उसका पालन करें: अगर जाँच से समस्या हल नहीं होती, तो ऐप से Raise a Service Request करें। Jio का Run Diagnostics और support-request मार्ग उपलब्ध है।
- समय और परिणाम लिख लें: drop कब हुआ, कौन-से devices प्रभावित हुए, router संकेतक बदले या नहीं और diagnostics ने क्या दिखाया—ये विवरण support को दें।
सार्वजनिक सहायता पृष्ठ आपके घर की optical line स्थिति, स्थानीय outage, ISP route या device-specific fault नहीं देख सकते। इसलिए बिना आपके diagnostics के Jio, YouTube routing/CDN या router को निश्चित कारण न मानें।
Wi‑Fi को Ethernet और दूसरे डिवाइस से अलग करके जाँचें
- उसी device को Jio gateway के पास रखकर YouTube चलाएँ। पास में playback ठीक हो जाए तो Wi‑Fi coverage या interference जाँचने लायक है, लेकिन यह अकेले अंतिम निदान नहीं है।
- यदि device में Ethernet port है और cable उपलब्ध है, तो उसी playback या live test को wired connection पर आजमाएँ। Ethernet और Wi‑Fi के नतीजों की तुलना स्थानीय wireless हिस्से को जाँचने में मदद करती है; cable fiber-line fault या outage ठीक नहीं करती।
- उसी JioFiber network पर दूसरा device आजमाएँ, फिर मूल device को किसी अन्य internet connection पर जाँचें। कौन-सा संयोजन विफल होता है, उसे नोट करें।
- देखें कि उसी समय दूसरी websites या streaming services भी रुकती हैं या नहीं। YouTube अकेला प्रभावित हो तो playback/app या creator-ingestion की जाँच जारी रखें।
अगर Wi‑Fi कमजोर या अस्थिर दिखे
- Router को ऊँची, खुली जगह पर रखें और बाधाओं तथा interference पैदा करने वाले उपकरणों से दूर रखें।
- एक साथ भारी Wi‑Fi इस्तेमाल कर रहे devices कम करके दोबारा जाँचें।
- Jio की सलाह के मुताबिक router को समय-समय पर restart करें। Jio की Wi‑Fi placement और उपयोग संबंधी सलाह देखें।
- Managed Jio gateway को बार-बार factory reset न करें और Jio support के बिना advanced WAN या DNS settings न बदलें।
अगर आप VOD देख रहे हैं और playback रुकता है
YouTube playback समस्या और live creator की ingest समस्या अलग हैं। YouTube दूसरे internet connection पर आजमाने, device को router की range में रखने और interference घटाने की सलाह देता है। Network congestion और अन्य कारक live programming को भी प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। YouTube की playback troubleshooting देखें।

- एक और YouTube video तथा कोई दूसरी streaming service चलाकर देखें।
- यदि संभव हो तो YouTube को दूसरे network पर चलाएँ, या मूल device को उसी JioFiber Wi‑Fi पर किसी अन्य app में जाँचें।
- यदि कई apps या services उसी device पर समस्या देती हैं, तो device निर्माता के support निर्देश भी देखें।
- यदि केवल एक app/device प्रभावित है, तो app या device की सहायता लें; यदि कई devices और सेवाएँ साथ विफल हों, MyJio diagnostics और Jio support को प्राथमिकता दें।
अगर आपकी YouTube Live गेमिंग स्ट्रीम disconnect होती है
Creator के तौर पर केवल download speed न देखें: encoder को स्थिर upload चाहिए। Upload speed test करें, YouTube Studio में stream health खोलें और drop के समय दिखने वाला सटीक encoder संदेश नोट करें। YouTube live जाने से पहले test करने और उतनी ही quality चुनने की सलाह देता है जिसे connection लगातार संभाल सके।
Encoder के bitrate और keyframe सेटिंग जाँचें
YouTube के प्रकाशित H.264 recommended bitrate में 720p at 60 fps के लिए 8 Mbps और 1080p at 60 fps के लिए 17 Mbps शामिल हैं। ये YouTube encoder targets हैं—JioFiber plan की जरूरी speed, आपके वास्तविक upload का माप या स्थिर stream की गारंटी नहीं। YouTube की live encoder settings देखें; settings बदलने से पहले Studio में stream health और encoder का वास्तविक संदेश पढ़ें।

- YouTube CBR (constant bitrate) की सलाह देता है।
- Keyframe frequency 2 सेकंड रखें; YouTube की सिफारिश के अनुसार इसे 4 सेकंड से अधिक न करें।
- अगर उपलब्ध upload चुनी हुई quality को संभाल नहीं पा रहा, तो bitrate घटाएँ या resolution कम करें और दोबारा परीक्षण करें।
- Gameplay-जैसी तेज motion के साथ live जाने से पहले test करें; स्थिर दृश्य वाला परीक्षण गेमिंग के वास्तविक bitrate व्यवहार का अच्छा विकल्प नहीं है।
YouTube के live-stream error messages में दिखे संदेश के अनुसार कार्रवाई करें—बिना संदेश देखे encoder या नेटवर्क का कोई एक कारण न मानें।
समस्या बनी रहे तो Jio को क्या दें
MyJio diagnostics के बाद भी बार-बार drops हों, या समस्या घर के Wi‑Fi से बाहर की लगती हो, तो ऐप से service request खोलें। Jio को ये जानकारी दें:
