शुरू करने से पहले: cartoon प्रसारित करने के अधिकार
Cartoon episode और उसके soundtrack पर अधिकार अलग-अलग पक्षों के पास हो सकते हैं। पूरे episodes को मनोरंजन के लिए लगातार rebroadcast करने से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि आपकी अनुमति में वीडियो, संगीत/ऑडियो, संबंधित territory और livestream उपयोग शामिल हैं। भारत के Copyright Act में cinematograph films और “communication to the public” से जुड़े प्रावधान हैं; Copyright Office की धारा 52 की summary कुछ सीमित अपवाद—जैसे निजी उपयोग, आलोचना या समीक्षा, और current-events reporting के लिए fair dealing—बताती है। इससे यह निष्कर्ष नहीं निकलता कि पूरी cartoon episodes की 24/7 मनोरंजन-स्ट्रीम स्वतः अपवाद में आती है। किसी खास शो या license की कानूनी स्थिति का फैसला इन सामान्य बातों से नहीं किया जा सकता।
YouTube कहता है कि live streams को third-party content के matches के लिए scan किया जाता है। Match मिलने पर stream में placeholder आ सकता है, चेतावनी मिल सकती है, प्रसारण interrupt या terminate हो सकता है। अगर आपके पास license है, तब भी rights owner से अपने channel को YouTube Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने के लिए कहें; YouTube के अनुसार allowlist न होने पर licensed content वाली stream भी बाधित हो सकती है। YouTube की copyright-protected content वाली live-stream guidance देखें।
YouTube live access और channel eligibility जांचें
YouTube Help की 2026-10-03 को देखी गई शर्तों के अनुसार, live stream करने के लिए channel verified होना चाहिए और उस पर पिछले 90 दिनों में live-stream restriction नहीं होना चाहिए। न्यूनतम creator आयु 16 वर्ष है। YouTube Studio में live access या restriction की उपलब्धता जांचें और प्रसारण के लिए YouTube Live Control Room इस्तेमाल करें। पात्रता पूरी न हो तो OBS का encoder setup उसे bypass नहीं कर सकता। YouTube पर live stream शुरू करने की मौजूदा सहायता पढ़ें।

Windows पर OBS से stream तैयार करें
नीचे का क्रम OBS Project के quick-start पर आधारित है; उसका guide 2021-08-25 का है, इसलिए आपके OBS संस्करण में labels या layout कुछ अलग हो सकते हैं। यह बुनियादी encoder setup है—यह अपने-आप 24/7 playlist loop, crash recovery या Windows के लगातार चालू रहने की व्यवस्था प्रमाणित नहीं करता।
- OBS Studio खोलें और scene चुनें। ऐसा scene बनाएं या चुनें जिसमें आपका अधिकृत cartoon video दिखे। OBS के स्रोतों में उपयुक्त video source जोड़ें और preview देखकर पुष्टि करें कि चित्र सही है। उपलब्ध source और उसके playback/loop विकल्प के लिए अपने OBS संस्करण के आधिकारिक निर्देश देखें; इस guide से किसी खास media source के 24/7 looping व्यवहार की पुष्टि नहीं होती।
- ऑडियो जांचें। OBS के Audio Mixer में देखें कि सही audio source सक्रिय है और मीटर प्रतिक्रिया दे रहा है। गलत device, muted source या अनुपस्थित audio को test के दौरान ठीक करें।
- Output settings देखें। OBS में Settings → Output खोलकर output जाँचें। YouTube Live Control Room में stream details प्राप्त करें और OBS के stream configuration में वही विवरण भरें। Stream key निजी credential है—इसे सार्वजनिक न करें।
- Live Control Room का preview जांचें। पहले private या unlisted test stream से पुष्टि करें कि YouTube को वीडियो और ऑडियो मिल रहे हैं। OBS Project कुछ मिनट का test चलाने की सलाह देता है, न कि बिना जांच पहली बार public stream शुरू करने की। OBS Project quick-start guide देखें।
- तभी public प्रसारण शुरू करें। Preview, audio और चुना हुआ source सही हों, तभी stream को इच्छित audience के लिए शुरू करें। अलग OBS version, media source और Windows power settings के व्यवहार की पुष्टि अपने setup में करें।
24/7 प्रसारण की व्यावहारिक सीमाएं
लंबा stream अपने-आप archive नहीं बनता
YouTube Help के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम stream स्वतः archive हो सकती है, जबकि 12 घंटे से अधिक की stream बिल्कुल capture न भी हो। इसलिए 24 घंटे से लंबा प्रसारण YouTube पर replay के रूप में सुरक्षित रहेगा, यह न मानें। YouTube local archive रखने की सलाह देता है; लंबी stream के लिए अलग recording और storage योजना बनाएं। YouTube live-stream archive guidance देखें।

PC और network को लगातार चलाने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है
Windows PC से encoder चलाने वाले DIY तरीके में stream भेजने के लिए PC और network का उपलब्ध रहना जरूरी है। इस विषय के उपलब्ध स्रोत किसी घरेलू setup के लिए प्रमाणित न्यूनतम upload speed, bitrate, resolution, keyframe interval, विशेष hardware, 24/7 playlist loop या automatic recovery steps तय नहीं करते। इसलिए एक सार्वभौमिक bitrate या guaranteed uptime का दावा करना ठीक नहीं होगा। अपने चुने हुए OBS और YouTube के वर्तमान निर्देशों से encoder values मिलाएं, फिर वास्तविक content और connection पर test करें।
Windows sleep/power behavior, OBS या source का crash, और network interruption लंबे प्रसारण को रोक सकते हैं। इन्हें संभालने के सटीक चरण आपके Windows, OBS version और media source पर निर्भर हैं; यहां किसी खास auto-reconnect या recovery setting की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती। सरकारी NIC webcast guidance dedicated network bandwidth और encoder का उल्लेख अपने सरकारी webcast service संदर्भ में करती है—उसे घर के YouTube stream की न्यूनतम speed न समझें।

समस्या आए तो पहले यह जांचें
- YouTube stream शुरू नहीं हो रही: channel verification, live access और पिछले 90 दिनों की restriction स्थिति जांचें; Live Control Room से सही stream details लेकर OBS में फिर मिलाएं।
- चित्र दिखता है, आवाज नहीं: OBS Audio Mixer में mute और सही audio source/device देखें। फिर test stream के preview में audio जांचें।
- Copyright warning या interruption: प्रसारण रोककर video और soundtrack के अधिकार जांचें। License होने पर भी अधिकार-धारक से channel की Content ID allowlisting की पुष्टि लें।
- कई घंटे बाद stream रुक गई: PC, network और चुने हुए OBS/media source के playback या failure व्यवहार की जांच करें। इस setup के लिए यहां सत्यापित universal 24/7 recovery निर्देश नहीं हैं।
- प्रसारण उपलब्ध है, पर replay नहीं: 12 घंटे से अधिक stream archive न भी हो सकती है। स्थानीय recording/backup की योजना अलग रखें।
