StreamNeo is the first option to consider: it runs uploaded videos from the cloud, supports any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and offers a free first day. Gyre and YTStream also describe cloud-based prerecorded streaming. OneStream Live documents the workflow but has conflicting information about which plan includes 24/7 streaming, so confirm eligibility and total cost before buying.
Which 24/7 YouTube streaming service should you choose?
These services keep prerecorded videos streaming to YouTube without requiring your home computer to remain online. The right choice depends on the details that affect a real channel: price per slot or stream, supported quality, concurrent streams, playlist and scheduling controls, storage, recovery behavior, and whether continuous streaming is actually included in the plan.
| Service | What it is suited for | Price and billing unit | Quality and stream capacity | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Cloud looping of uploaded videos or playlists to YouTube | Per slot; daily through yearly billing options. See the current prices below. | Any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps; one always-on stream per slot | First day free, no card; automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream |
| Gyre | Cloud looping of prerecorded videos; YouTube lists it among encoder tools for 24/7 prerecorded streaming | Official page snapshot: Start $49, Start+ $99, PRO+ $169; billing unit and current checkout terms should be verified | Plan-dependent stream counts and HD/4K options | Plan differences include storage, playlists, and scheduling; vendor marketing claims are not independent outcome evidence |
| YTStream | Cloud playlist streaming of uploaded videos to YouTube | $19/month per 1080p stream; $39/month per 4K stream; $99/month per 8K stream | One priced stream per listed plan; 1080p, 4K, or 8K tier | Vendor lists looping playlists and automatic restart on failure; check current plan terms |
| OneStream Live | Scheduled prerecorded streaming and documented 24/7 YouTube looping | Pricing page advertises a $30/month 24-hour YouTube stream add-on | Plan and capacity details depend on eligibility | Its help page says 24/7 streaming requires Enterprise and is YouTube-only; verify the mismatch with the provider |
| StreamYard | Browser-based live production, guests, branded shows, and multistreaming | Core: $44.99 monthly or $35.99/month billed yearly; Advanced: $88.99 monthly or $68.99/month billed yearly, as displayed in the pricing-page snapshot | Core: multistreaming to 3 destinations and prerecorded streams up to 2 hours; Advanced: up to 8 destinations and prerecorded streams up to 4 hours | The inspected pricing page does not establish automated continuous 24/7 looping |
Third-party prices above are the amounts displayed in the cited pages as checked October 3, 2026; they can change. StreamYard says its prices may vary with promotions, seasonal deals, renewal terms, and custom offers. A per-stream price, a plan tier, and an add-on are different billing units, so do not compare them as if they were interchangeable.

2. Gyre: compare the plan limits, not just the headline price
Gyre describes a cloud service for looping prerecorded video into continuous streams, and YouTube’s encoder tools page lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 prerecorded streaming. YouTube’s listing establishes category fit, not endorsement, guaranteed uptime, monetization, growth, or approval of any specific content.

3. YTStream: a listed monthly rate for each resolution tier
YTStream describes a cloud workflow in which uploaded prerecorded videos are placed in a playlist and sent to YouTube continuously. Its page lists $19/month per 1080p stream, $39/month per 4K stream, and $99/month per 8K stream. It also lists looping playlists and automatic restart on failure across those plans.
Because the listed rate is per stream, multiply by the number of simultaneous streams you need when comparing it with an account plan or per-slot service. These are vendor-listed prices and features; verify current terms on the provider’s page before purchase. Claims about effects on YouTube’s algorithm are promotional, not established outcomes.
4. OneStream Live: resolve the 24/7 plan discrepancy first
OneStream supports prerecorded and real-time streaming. Its help documentation says prerecorded uploads can come from a device or cloud storage, can be scheduled up to 60 days ahead, and can be placed in a playlist. It also describes 24/7 YouTube streaming.

There is a material conflict in its public information: the pricing page advertises a 24-hour YouTube stream add-on for $30/month, while its help article, last updated September 3, 2026, says nonstop 24/7 streaming is exclusive to YouTube and requires Enterprise. Before purchase, ask OneStream which plan qualifies, whether the add-on is available to your account, and what the total recurring cost will be. Do not assume the add-on price is the full cost of access.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.5. StreamYard: a production studio, not a verified 24/7 loop service
StreamYard is better suited to producing live shows with guests, branded layouts, recording, and multistreaming than to unattended 24/7 prerecorded loops. Its pricing page lists prerecorded streams up to 2 hours on Core and up to 4 hours on Advanced, but the inspected page does not establish continuous loop automation. Choose it for a live-production workflow, not on the assumption that it will run an endless playlist.
The pricing-page snapshot lists Core at $44.99 monthly or $35.99/month when billed yearly, and Advanced at $88.99 monthly or $68.99/month billed yearly. StreamYard warns that prices may vary with promotions, seasonal deals, renewal terms, and custom offers.

How to compare the real cost and capability
Before paying, match the service to the stream you intend to run. A low headline price may cover only one stream or a limited quality tier; a 24/7 feature may require an additional plan or add-on.
- Count concurrent streams: establish how many channels or simultaneous broadcasts your account needs to run, and whether the quoted amount is per account, plan, slot, or stream.
- Match quality to the source: check both the service’s allowed output and the resolution of your uploaded video. A higher tier is useful only if you need that quality and have a suitable source file and upload connection.
- Check the continuous-stream entitlement: distinguish scheduled prerecorded broadcasts from unattended looping that continues around the clock. For OneStream, confirm the Enterprise/add-on discrepancy directly.
- Inspect playlist and scheduling controls: verify how videos are sequenced, whether the schedule can repeat, and what happens when a file or scheduled item ends.
- Check storage and recovery: compare included storage with your library size, and find out what the service does after a dropped YouTube connection or a failed stream.
- Use the correct billing unit: calculate the cost for all required streams and the full period you expect to operate. Confirm whether a displayed price recurs and whether taxes, plan access, or add-ons affect the total.
YouTube requirements and content risks apply whichever service you use
YouTube says a channel must be verified and have had no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days to enable live streaming. All live streams must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. A third-party streaming service does not remove these platform requirements.
Before looping a recording, confirm that you have the rights needed for every element, including music, video, artwork, and other people’s material. A service’s ability to play a file does not grant those rights or guarantee that YouTube will accept the stream. Continuous availability also does not guarantee recommendations, audience growth, watch time, or monetization; no independently attributable study establishing an average effect for 24/7 streams was identified in the cited material.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. Nothing has to stay on at home; uploaded video streams at its original quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot; and the service automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card, and the Monthly price is $9.99 per month. Start the free first day with StreamNeo.
