Parametrix announced on October 1, 2026, that Tresa Stephens has joined as its Head of US Underwriting. She most recently led Cyber, Tech & Media for North America at Allianz Commercial. Parametrix says Stephens will lead its US underwriting and support product strategy and development.

Stephens is responsible for leading Parametrix’s US underwriting. The company also says she will contribute to broader product strategy and development.
