Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition Patch 3.2 was reported released for PC and mobile on October 1, 2026. It adds community language support and quality-of-life changes, fixes a Modron’s Maze problem involving modded saves, and updates cloud-save controls and modding paths. The October release date and platform scope come from RPG Site’s report; Beamdog’s official Steam posts document the preceding beta and release candidate.
What languages does Patch 3.2 add?
The language list is platform-dependent, so it should not be read as a promise that every language is available on every version. Beamdog’s beta announcement listed Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, and Ukrainian, and said Czech was available on mobile. Beamdog’s initial beta post also noted Italian for PC and mobile; the final patch summary reproduced by RPG Site lists Italian and says Czech is available on mobile. The sources do not establish a complete platform-by-platform language matrix.
Beamdog says language support is structured to make future language updates easier. It also changed the Chinese font at localization volunteers’ request and saves font zoom separately for each language. The beta announcement gives 134% as an example of the default Chinese font zoom; that is a setting example, not a general performance figure. Which gameplay and interface issues does it address?
Modron’s Maze and modded saves
Beamdog says Patch 3.2 resolves an issue in which modded content could be reloaded or removed from save files when the Modron’s Maze was generated. That could make areas reset after the player left them. The fix is specifically described in relation to modded content and Maze generation; the announcement does not claim broader save-file repair. Window and interface scaling
The release-candidate notes add a Graphics setting that scales the interface to fit the game window when enabled. Turn it off and the interface remains at its intended 1024×768 size, according to Beamdog’s September 2026 release-candidate announcement. Read the release-candidate notes for this behavior.
What changed for cloud saves?
On Steam, cloud-save control is now handled through the Steam client and the game’s properties rather than the old in-game option. Beamdog says saves that were already enabled for syncing in-game continue to sync even if the Steam client setting is disabled; the old option is removed from the game menu. Beamdog also says GOG Galaxy cloud saves are functioning properly. These details are in the official release-candidate announcement; the controls described apply to those storefronts, not every platform.

Where should modders put dialog.tlk?
Use the later release-candidate instructions rather than the earlier beta guidance. Put a language-specific file at home:/override/<language>/dialog.tlk. Beamdog says the global override/dialog.tlk location remains available as a fallback. The beta announcement described a global override path, but the later instructions clarify the language-specific option. See Beamdog’s updated modding notes.
What do mobile players need to know?
Beamdog’s mobile notes address access to user-accessible game data and file transfers. Some Android devices restrict access to Android/data; Beamdog offers exporting and importing through Documents as an alternative. It also warns that Android permissions may require reinstalling an installation with incorrect permissions and advises backing up saves first. The announcement does not establish that file access works identically across Android devices. The beta announcement contains the mobile file-handling details.

Which systems are supported?
Beamdog announced native Apple Silicon support during the beta. The final patch details reproduced by RPG Site report minimum operating-system versions of macOS 10.15 and iOS 15.0; the release-candidate post independently confirms iOS 15.0. These are minimum OS requirements, not a guarantee that every older Mac or iOS device will run the game. RPG Site reports that the patch was released October 1, 2026, for PC and mobile. Beamdog’s official Steam announcements establish the development milestones: on August 20, it said it was launching a public beta for the first wave of changes; on September 15, it described an updated beta as a release candidate for the upcoming live patch. The official posts reviewed document those beta stages, rather than independently confirming the final October release.
