Yes—but only for the legacy Panda Security 3.0 product covered by a 2000 advisory. What did the Panda Security 3.0 advisory report?
The DeepZone Security Advisory, posted to the Bugtraq archive on April 17, 2000, described two separate weaknesses in Panda Security 3.0. One could let a local logged-in user change registry values that the product was intended to protect, leading to Administrator privileges. The other allowed the protection software to be removed using a generic uninstaller. The report does not describe a remote attack or a test of malware detection.

Which Panda Security 3.0 versions and systems were affected?
The advisory says builds below 3.0.2.0 were vulnerable and specifically lists 3.0.0.77, 3.0.0.90, 3.0.0.96, 3.0.0.97, and 3.0.0.100. It identifies Windows 9x as the platform and says Spanish builds 3.0.0.71 and 3.0.0.96 were used in testing. Those details describe the advisory’s historical scope, not every later Panda release or operating system.

The records use separate identifiers because these were different impacts: one affected privileges, while the other affected whether the protection software remained installed. The CVE-era archive entries corroborate the issues but do not establish that later Panda versions share them.
Was there a fix?
The advisory says Panda Software had provided a fix and planned release 3.0.2.0 as the corrected release. That is what the report recorded in 2000; the advisory does not establish whether the patch can still be obtained, and its present availability has not been verified here.
