The request is rejected before rendering
Check authentication first. Microlink’s free allowance may not require a key, while production access can require one. ScreenshotMachine requires a customer key. Confirm that the key is sent in the documented parameter, not only in a browser cookie or an unrelated header.
The output is the wrong size or responsive layout
