Why a “working iDope proxy” list is not a safe recommendation

Check your library’s website for its digital services page, then sign in through the library’s own link. This is safer than entering library credentials into a third-party page claiming to offer free access.
3. Look for authorized public-domain or openly licensed films

For any torrent, verify all of the following before downloading:
- The publisher or copyright holder links to the torrent from its official website.
- The license clearly permits downloading and redistribution.
- The file is the expected type, such as an operating-system image or documented media archive, rather than an executable disguised as a video.
