“I downloaded Tekken 3 PC but Windows says the file is unsafe”
Do not disable antivirus protection just to run an unknown game executable. An unofficial “PC EXE” is not evidence of an official port. Delete it, scan the system, and obtain DuckStation from its official site instead.
The game boots to a black screen
Check that the emulator has valid PlayStation system software, that the disc image is complete, and that any related cue/bin or multi-track files remain together. Test the image with the emulator’s normal boot mode before changing graphics settings.
