A página oficial do WhatsApp Web informa compatibilidade com Safari 15 ou posterior e orienta usar versões atualizadas do Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox ou Opera. Se o Safari estiver abaixo da versão 15, atualize o navegador ou escolha uma das alternativas compatíveis.

O QR code não é reconhecido
- Abra o leitor pelo WhatsApp, em Dispositivos conectados → Conectar um dispositivo.
- Não use o aplicativo de câmera padrão.
- Mantenha o QR code inteiro dentro da área de leitura.
- Se a imagem estiver desatualizada ou expirada, recarregue a página para gerar outro código.
A opção “Dispositivos conectados” não aparece
Atualize o aplicativo WhatsApp no celular. Essa é a área usada para vincular e administrar acessos pelo navegador. Depois da atualização, reabra o aplicativo e procure o menu novamente.
O código por telefone falha
Verifique se você está digitando o código exibido pelo WhatsApp Web para aquela conexão. Não use um código recebido por SMS, o PIN da conta ou um código de uma tentativa anterior. Se necessário, volte à página inicial do WhatsApp Web e inicie o processo novamente.

Como desconectar o WhatsApp Web
Para interromper o acesso de um navegador:
- Abra o WhatsApp no celular.
- Entre em Configurações → Dispositivos conectados no iPhone, ou em Mais opções (
⋮) → Dispositivos conectados no Android. - Toque na sessão correspondente ao navegador ou computador.
- Escolha Desconectar.
Esse procedimento é útil depois de usar um computador público, compartilhado ou emprestado. Também permite revisar quais sessões estão vinculadas à conta.
O celular precisa ficar conectado à internet?
Não é correto tratar como requisito que o celular permaneça continuamente conectado à internet durante toda a sessão. O WhatsApp Web usa o sistema atual de dispositivos conectados, que permite administrar sessões vinculadas separadamente da simples abertura de uma sessão espelhada.
