Yes. YouTube live-stream watch time can count toward the 4,000 valid public watch-hour requirement when the stream is public and its replay is converted to a public video on demand (VOD). For the watch-hour route to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), YouTube lists 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 valid public watch hours in the past 12 months. How to make a livestream eligible
- Set the stream’s visibility to Public.
- Keep the replay available and ensure the stream is converted to a VOD.
- Check YouTube Studio’s Earn area for your valid public watch-hour progress.
Do not rely on an assumed processing delay: the official guidance reviewed does not promise a specific time for livestream hours to appear in the eligibility counter. [YouTube Help, c001]

Do livestream replays count as public watch hours?

Does an unlisted or private livestream count?
