Cybernews’s September 8, 2026 pricing article gives that figure and also lists $1.38 per month for the same term. NordPass’s official pricing page does not confirm either amount in the available price fields, so check your regional checkout total and renewal terms before buying.
What does the $1.29 NordPass price mean?
The $1.29 figure is a third-party report for NordPass Premium on a two-year subscription. Security.org also reports $1.29 per month for that term, but neither report establishes the amount NordPass will charge every customer at checkout. Cybernews’s September 8, 2026 article is internally inconsistent: it gives $1.29 per month as the starting price and elsewhere says the two-year plan costs $1.38 per month. Treat the advertised amount as a reported monthly equivalent, not a guaranteed month-to-month rate or an official live price. A monthly equivalent can make a long commitment look like a small recurring payment. Before confirming, check the total due now, the subscription length, and the renewal amount shown for your account and region. NordPass’s official pricing page has dynamic price fields that do not confirm the reported $1.29 amount. NordPass’s plans page also says displayed prices exclude VAT.

How should you compare the first term with renewal?
Separate the initial commitment from what happens afterward. A two-year monthly equivalent does not tell you the full amount charged up front, nor does it establish the renewal rate. NordPass Support warns: “Please be aware that the renewal price may differ from your initial purchase plan.” The exact renewal amount is not established by the published figures cited above; review the terms displayed in your account before confirming a purchase or plan change. What are the NordPass business plans?
Business plans are priced and structured for organizations, so do not compare their per-user terms directly with personal-plan prices. NordPass lists Teams, Business, and Enterprise. Teams is offered as a 10-user pack; Business and Enterprise have five-user minimums.
