Build each post from something that actually happened at work, research any claims that need outside evidence, and use AI only to organize or draft from material you can verify. Before publishing, a human should check every factual claim, citation, and finished page. This workflow can support frequent publishing, but the available guidance does not verify the title’s claim of a daily posting routine or guarantee that any cadence will earn traffic.
Start with a real work observation, not a prompt
Capture a task, problem, decision, experiment, mistake, result, or lesson while it is fresh. Record when it happened, what you did, what you directly observed, and what remains uncertain. Keep firsthand experience distinct from facts learned elsewhere; an anecdote is not automatically evidence for a general rule.
A running work log or notebook can help preserve those details, but no particular tool is required. The important thing is to retain enough context to tell what happened and what you can responsibly say about it.

Turn the observation into a focused question: who might face a similar situation, what are they trying to do, and what can your account help them decide or understand? A useful outline often follows the logic of the work:
#1 Best Overall
- The situation and the reader’s problem.
- What you tried, including relevant constraints.
- What happened, stated only as far as your observations support.
- What you learned and what you cannot conclude.
- What evidence supports any claims that go beyond your experience.
- What the reader can do next.
Do not turn a single result into a universal recommendation. If the experience does not answer a useful reader question, keep it in your notes rather than stretching it into a post.
Separate firsthand observations from claims that need sources
Identify statements that readers could reasonably expect to verify, especially claims about policies, products, technical requirements, dates, numbers, or what an organization recommends. For each non-obvious external claim, keep the exact source URL, publisher, date or version when available, the relevant passage, and the specific claim it supports.
Prefer primary sources such as official documentation, standards, or first-party data where they address the claim directly. Read the relevant material in context rather than relying on a search snippet or a summary. If sources conflict, explain the difference and narrow the statement to what the evidence supports; if you cannot resolve the conflict, state the uncertainty or omit the claim.

Use AI for bounded help, not as a fact source
Give the model your own notes and the source excerpts you have checked. Ask it to organize points into an outline, identify statements that need citations, clarify prose, or draft from the supplied material. Set explicit limits: it must not invent your experiences, tests, figures, names, dates, quotations, or citations.
Generated text is not verification. Google explains that generative models predict likely sequences and can produce inaccuracies, and says that AI-assisted content needs manual fact-checking and review before publication. Google Search Central’s guidance on generative AI content also says that publishing many pages without adding value for users may fall under its scaled content abuse policy. Treat any new assertion the model introduces as something to investigate—not as a fact to copy into the article.
Verify claims, citations, and the finished page
Check each claim against the source passage it cites. Confirm that the passage supports the wording, that numbers and dates retain their proper context, and that any quotation is exact and attributed to the right speaker or organization. Remove unsupported assertions or clearly identify them as opinion or inference.

OpenAI’s citation-formatting guidance emphasizes defining citable material, presenting it clearly, and validating that citations are relevant and accurate. A citation is useful only when a reader can trace it to material that actually backs the claim.
Review the page as a whole, including the title, meta description, structured data, and image alt text. Google’s manual-review guidance includes those elements, not just the article body. Make sure the title accurately describes what the post establishes rather than promising more than the evidence delivers.
Add original value before you publish
Ask whether the post offers real observations, reporting, analysis, or a useful synthesis beyond restating source material. Google’s people-first content guidance asks creators to assess whether content is original, substantial, accurate, and valuable compared with other results. Firsthand material can make a post meaningfully different, but only when it is relevant and presented with its limits intact.
Publish when you are satisfied that the article is accurate and useful—not simply because a calendar says another post is due. Google’s guidance is not a ranking guarantee, and a daily schedule by itself does not establish quality or reader value.
Disclose AI’s role accurately
Describe the process honestly when readers would reasonably wonder how the content was made. Google says an explanation of how content was created can help readers understand its context and suggests disclosure when that question is likely to arise. OpenAI’s publication policy for first-party written content created partly with its API calls for attribution to the author or company, a clear description of AI’s role, and human responsibility for the published work. These sources do not establish a universal legal disclosure duty; make any disclosure specific to the workflow you actually used.

What to expect from Google Search and AI features
Google’s generative AI Search guide, last updated July 10, 2026, says pages must meet Search technical requirements and be eligible for a Search snippet to appear in generative AI features. It recommends crawlability and good page experience, while emphasizing useful content and standard Search foundations. Google’s guide to generative AI features in Search says there is no requirement to create an llms.txt file, break content into tiny chunks, or adopt a special writing style for those features. It also cautions against making separate pages for query variations primarily to manipulate rankings or AI responses.
Use descriptive titles, clear organization, crawlable pages, and useful original content as sound publishing practices—not as a promise of visibility. Google says structured data is not required for generative AI Search, though it may still matter for broader SEO and rich-result eligibility.
