On many JVC Roku TVs, press Home and go to Settings > Network > Set up connection > Wireless. Choose your Wi-Fi network, enter its password, and follow the prompts. JVC TVs use different platforms and menus, so if those options do not appear, check the manual for your exact model.
Connect a JVC Roku TV to Wi-Fi
- Turn on the TV and press Home on the remote.
- Open Settings > Network > Set up connection.
- Choose Wireless or the wireless setup option shown.
- Select your Wi-Fi network. If it is not listed, choose Scan again.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password exactly, including its capitalization, then follow the on-screen prompts to finish and check the connection.
You can also connect during initial Guided Setup by choosing Set up new wireless connection. The TV scans for nearby networks and lists them, with stronger signals first. Roku Support likewise instructs users to choose a wireless network from the available list.
If your JVC TV has a different network menu
Menu names vary by model and region. For example, the JVC Europe manual for the LT-32VH52L gives this path: open Network, set Network Type to Wireless Device, then select Scan Wireless Networks. Choose your network and enter its security key using the on-screen keyboard. That model cannot connect to a network with a hidden SSID, so these instructions should not be treated as universal for JVC TVs.
Fix common JVC TV Wi-Fi problems
Your Wi-Fi network is missing
- Run Scan again and check that the router is on and broadcasting the network name.
- If you have the LT-32VH52L, its manual says it cannot connect to hidden SSIDs.
The password is rejected
Enter the current password again carefully. Roku setup passwords are case-sensitive, so check capitalization as well as similar-looking characters.

You changed the router name or password
On a JVC Roku TV, return to Settings > Network and set up the connection again with the updated network details. The network menu also includes About and Check connection options.
You are not sure which menu applies
Find the model number on the TV’s nameplate and look up its matching manual on JVC USA support or JVC Europe support. The matching manual is more reliable than assuming every JVC TV has the Roku menu.

The TV connects to Wi-Fi but internet service is unavailable
You can still use HDMI sources or antenna live TV on a Roku TV while it is disconnected, but streaming requires internet access. If wireless setup is unavailable or impractical on your model, Ethernet may be a fallback where the TV supports it and a cable run is feasible.
What you need for wireless setup
The TV connects through a wireless modem/router or wireless access point. JVC’s Roku guide says those TVs use an internal wireless adapter and do not support USB network adapters, so a generic USB Wi-Fi dongle is not a solution for a JVC Roku TV.
