The Hisense HRTF326B is a discontinued Australian-market, 326L top-mount refrigerator. Its published specifications cover the storage layout, dimensions, frost-free operation and energy figures, but the publicly visible CHOICE listing does not reveal its expert rating or detailed test results. That means buyers can assess its fit and features, but cannot establish its independent performance verdict from the public information alone.
What is the Hisense HRTF326B?
Hisense Australia describes the HRTF326B as a black, top-mount refrigerator with 326L of usable capacity. The freezer sits above the fresh-food compartment. Hisense marks the model as discontinued and unavailable for purchase on its official product page. Any remaining-stock or second-hand listing should be checked for the exact model, condition, seller and location.
How much can it hold, and how is the interior arranged?
The manufacturer lists 253L for fresh food and 73L for the freezer, for 326L total usable volume. The layout is conventional, with adjustable shelving in the refrigerator and door baskets in both compartments.

These features are listed in Hisense’s HRTF326B specification sheet. The listed accessories are useful to verify when buying a used unit, since the presence of trays in a product specification does not establish that they are included with a particular second-hand sale.

Is the HRTF326B frost free?
Yes. Hisense specifies frost-free operation with automatic defrost. It also lists Multi Air Flow, electromechanical controls and a fixed-speed compressor. These are manufacturer feature claims; they do not establish how consistently the refrigerator holds temperature in independent testing.
Will it fit your kitchen?
The cabinet measures 595 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 1696 mm high. Hisense specifies clearance of 50 mm at each side, 50 mm behind the cabinet and 100 mm above it. Include those gaps when checking a recess: the cabinet dimensions alone are not the full installation space required.

The door is reversible and can be configured to open left-to-right or right-to-left, according to the Hisense product page. Confirm the desired swing and the space available for the open door before arranging installation.

What do the energy and noise figures mean?
Hisense publishes a 3.5-star energy rating, 313 kWh/year comparative energy consumption, 251.69 kWh/year projected annual energy consumption and 43 dB(A) noise. These are specification-sheet figures, not independent measurements. The manufacturer sheet does not state its publication year; these figures were accessed in 2026. CHOICE also lists the 3.5-star rating and 313 kWh/year claimed use, but that does not turn them into independent test results.
The two annual energy figures are labeled differently by the manufacturer, so they should not be treated as interchangeable measurements. When comparing refrigerators, use the same market rating system and the same type of annual-use figure for each model.
What does independent review evidence establish?
CHOICE identifies 2022 as the HRTF326B’s test year and places it in its “Small (300–380L)” size bracket. Its public listing shows specifications and a historical listed price of $849; the price date is not stated, so it is not a current offer. The listing’s members-only fields withhold the Expert Rating, temperature test details, reliability and satisfaction scores, and recommended status.

What should a used or remaining-stock buyer verify?
- Confirm the model label reads HRTF326B; similarly named models may have different specifications.
- Measure the installation space, including the stated side, rear and top clearances, and check that the reversible door can open the required way.
- Check the refrigerator and freezer operation in person where possible, since the public independent listing does not expose detailed test results or condition information for an individual unit.
- Inspect shelves, baskets, crisper and the listed ice and egg trays. For replacement parts, confirm compatibility with Hisense or the seller using the model label; current model-specific parts stock is not established.
- Ask the seller to confirm warranty coverage and local support. CHOICE lists a three-year warranty, but the public listing does not establish what coverage applies to a particular used or remaining-stock purchase.
Australian-market electrical and operating details
The Australian-market specification sheet lists 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply, 80 W rated input, a 10–43°C temperature range, R600a refrigerant (34 g) and a 2 m power cord. These details apply to the Australian-market documentation and should not be assumed for versions sold elsewhere.
