To download eligible Disney Memory Maker photos, sign in to the Disney account connected to your purchase in the My Disney Experience app or at DisneyPhotoPass.com, open your PhotoPass gallery, and download the items before they expire. “All” means eligible PhotoPass content linked to your account and covered by your Memory Maker window—not pictures taken on your own camera or content outside that coverage.
Download your Disney Memory Maker photos
- Sign in to the right account. Open My Disney Experience or DisneyPhotoPass.com and sign in with the Disney account associated with Memory Maker. Disney identifies both as download channels.
- Open your PhotoPass gallery. Find the photos and videos associated with your account. Disney’s published instructions do not establish a stable sequence of button labels, so the exact controls may vary by app or site version.
- Download eligible items. Save the photos and videos covered by your entitlement. Check the expiration date displayed beneath an enlarged item, and download it before that date.
- Make another copy. Keep a backup somewhere you control, such as a personal computer or storage device. Disney says it does not provide permanent storage of Photo Content.
Disney’s Memory Maker page describes the app and website as ways to “Download all your photos.” In practice, this refers to eligible content in the account and coverage window; it does not guarantee that every image will appear immediately.
Fix photos that are missing from the gallery
Check which account is signed in
Confirm that you are signed in to the Disney account where Memory Maker was purchased or linked. If you bought Memory Maker while not signed in to My Disney Experience, Disney says to link the purchase to your account.

Confirm the photo was linked
Disney says photos can be linked using a MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile digital pass, admission card, annual pass, or a PhotoPass card from a photographer. Some attraction photos and digital content require a MagicBand or an eligible mobile device with Bluetooth enabled for the app. If an image is missing, check that the capture method was associated with the correct account.

Allow time for photos to appear
Disney says most linked photos are usually online within 24 hours and allows up to 24 hours for Magic Shots. If an item is still missing after that, recheck the account, linking method, and sharing settings. Disney warns that it is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged photos, so do not assume an image can be recovered later.

Know which photos Memory Maker covers
Memory Maker covers eligible PhotoPass content associated with your Disney account during the applicable entitlement window. It does not turn photos taken on your own camera into PhotoPass downloads. Coverage also depends on the product and purchase timing.

Download before PhotoPass content expires
Disney’s ordinary PhotoPass policy says content expires 45 days after capture and is then no longer accessible. The expiration date for an individual item appears beneath it when enlarged in the gallery. Do not wait until the end of the Memory Maker window to check each item’s date: the entitlement window and an item’s PhotoPass expiration are separate limits.

An extension is not a substitute for downloading on time. Annual Pass PhotoPass content or the PhotoPass Downloads benefit may receive a 365-day period while the relevant benefit is valid; other content can still follow the ordinary 45-day period.
Keep downloaded files for personal use
Disney’s terms license downloaded Photo Content for personal, non-commercial use. Save copies for your own use, and consult the terms before using images commercially.
