For the official configurations, realme lists 4GB or 6GB of physical RAM with 128GB storage. Its page also advertises up to 6GB of Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE), which uses storage as additional memory; it is not extra physical RAM. The third-party price page includes 8GB and 64GB entries that do not match realme’s stated official configurations. Verify the exact India SKU with the seller rather than assuming those entries are universal variants.

Does the realme C65 5G support your carrier?
The phone has two nano-SIM slots and supports the 5G bands n1, n3, n5, n8, n28B, n40, n41, n77 and n78, according to realme. Band support alone does not guarantee service: realme notes that 5G frequency availability depends on the local operator environment. Check that your carrier uses compatible bands in your area and confirm device compatibility with the operator before purchase.
What do the display and battery specifications mean?
120Hz refresh, HD+ resolution
The display can refresh at up to 120Hz, with 90Hz, 60Hz and 50Hz settings also listed. That higher refresh rate can make supported scrolling and animations look smoother, but the resolution is 1604 × 720—not Full HD. Compare both refresh rate and resolution when weighing the screen against another phone. realme lists brightness at 500 nits typical and 625 nits in HBM mode.

Large capacity, modest charging wattage
The battery is rated at 5,000mAh typical capacity, with 4,880mAh as the minimum, and charging is rated at 15W. Capacity describes the amount of energy the battery can store; charging wattage affects how quickly it can accept power. If faster top-ups matter to you, compare charging power as well as battery size. The published specifications do not establish a real-world battery runtime.
