Hero V02 is a centered landing-page opening section with an animated gradient mesh, a headline, a rating marker, two calls to action, and six invented company wordmarks in inline SVG. Colorlib presents it as a free template for product launches, startup homepages, and waitlist pages. Its page describes the implementation and license; compatibility and accessibility have not been independently verified here.
What Hero V02 includes
The design places the main message and conversion options in a centered composition, with a softly animated gradient mesh behind the content. The rating pill adds a social-proof-style element, while the six inline-SVG wordmarks form a logo cloud. Those wordmarks are invented template content, not endorsements from actual companies.
- A multi-line headline and rating marker
- Two calls to action
- An animated gradient mesh
- Six invented company wordmarks rendered in inline SVG
Colorlib lists the download size as 204 KB. That is the publisher’s stated figure, not an independently measured file size. See the Hero V02 template page for its description.

Colorlib describes the template as plain HTML and CSS with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript. It says Hero V02 can be used on its own or within Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. No independent compatibility test is available, so check the downloaded files and test the template in your own project before relying on a particular Bootstrap version.
#1 Best Overall
The collection overview positions Hero V02 for product launches, startup homepages, and waitlist pages. Those use cases suit a focused opening section with a clear message and prominent actions. If your page needs a split layout, substantial navigation, or more detailed product information above the fold, assess whether this centered design can accommodate it. Colorlib also notes that Bootstrap 5 removed the jumbotron component; that is the publisher’s explanation of the Bootstrap context, not a separately verified statement here. Read the Colorlib hero sections overview.
Motion and reduced-motion behavior
Colorlib says the gradient mesh stops moving for visitors who request reduced motion. This is a documented feature of the template, not evidence of a complete accessibility audit. Review the page’s contrast, keyboard operation, focus visibility, and assistive-technology behavior separately, and test how the hero behaves with the reduced-motion preference enabled.

License and commercial use
The exact-template page lists a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s overview says commercial projects are allowed if the credit link is retained. Treat these as publisher claims: inspect the license included with the current download and confirm its attribution terms before using Hero V02 in a specific commercial project.
