If you’re trying to use Apollo Group TV on an iPhone or iPad, Apollo TV Support instructs users to search the App Store for Startup Show and connect using the M3U link provided to them. The provider describes Startup Show as a separate media player that is replacing its Apollo Group TV application. That guidance does not confirm that Apple removed an app or explain why a listing might not appear in your storefront.
What to search for on iPhone or iPad
Apollo TV Support’s installation instructions say: “Apple App Store, search for “Startup Show”, download the app, and sign in using your provided M3U link.” The provider describes Startup Show as a media player with an interface that differs from the Apollo Group TV application. - Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and search for Startup Show, rather than relying only on a search for Apollo.
- Check the listing’s publisher and description to make sure it is the intended player. The current listing was not confirmed for every App Store storefront, and availability can change by country.
- If you have the intended player, follow Apollo TV Support’s directions and use the M3U link supplied to you. Do not share that private account connection detail with others.
Why you may not see an Apollo TV app
The provider points users to a different app name
Apollo TV Support says Startup Show is replacing its Apollo Group TV application. Its notice is dated March 25, 2026, and represents the provider’s account of a transition—not an Apple announcement that an app was removed. Apollo TV Support’s update does not establish Apple’s reason for any absence or removal.
Search results can include unrelated apps
Apple’s US App Store has an app named Apollo by Apollo Kino OÜ, described as a cinema and rewards product. It is not the Apollo Group TV player based on the available listing description. Check the publisher and what the app does before installing anything with a similar name. Apple’s US App Store listing for Apollo is specific to that storefront.

Availability is storefront-specific and may change
The provider’s instructions identify the app name to search, but they do not confirm Startup Show’s current availability in every country’s App Store. The available information also does not establish that Apple removed Apollo Group TV or why an app might be missing from a particular search.
If Startup Show does not appear in your search
- Search the exact name, Startup Show, in the App Store for your own country or region.
- Review the publisher and app description; do not treat a matching or similar name as proof that an app is the right one.
- Check Apollo TV Support’s current, device-specific instructions for another supported route or an update to its guidance.
- If you already have the intended player, use the provider-supplied connection details as its instructions direct.
Apollo TV Support’s separate help article lists iOS 14 as the minimum for Apple devices, and its installation page also says iOS 14 is required. Because requirements and app instructions may change, check the provider’s current directions rather than treating that version as a confirmed current requirement. Watching on a television is a separate question
If your goal is to watch on a TV rather than find an iPhone or iPad app, Apollo TV Support lists Firestick 4K (2nd Gen+) as its minimum and Firestick 4K Max (2nd Gen+) as recommended. These are the provider’s device recommendations; they do not affect whether an app appears in the iPhone App Store. Check the provider’s current compatibility instructions before choosing a device.
