Glow berries in Minecraft are food, a fox-attracting item, and the planting item for cave vines. A cave vine block bearing berries also emits light, so you can leave berries growing in a build instead of harvesting every one.
What can you use glow berries for?
Eat them for food
Glow berries are edible. Minecraft’s Bedrock changelog says they are “as nutritious as Sweet Berries,” but does not give a numeric food value in that statement. Minecraft Changelog 1.16.220.52
Lure and breed foxes
Foxes eat glow berries, and players can use them to lure and breed foxes. Minecraft’s Java snapshot notes also identify foxes as eating them. Minecraft Snapshot 21w05b · Minecraft Changelog 1.16.220.52

Grow cave vines
Use a glow berry on the underside of most solid, cube-shaped blocks to place a cave vine. The vine grows downward and is climbable; it may grow berries, and bone meal can produce berries on a vine. Minecraft Changelog 1.16.220.52

Light a build
The light comes from a cave-vine block that has glow berries, not from a loose berry item. Minecraft’s Bedrock changelog states: “A Cave Vine block that has Glow Berries emits light.” Keep berries on the vine where you want that light; harvesting them removes the berries from the harvested section. Minecraft Changelog 1.16.220.52
Where do glow berries grow naturally?
Look for them in lush caves, a biome that Minecraft Help describes as containing cave vines and glow berries alongside moss, azalea bushes, dripleaf plants, and spore blossoms. All Biomes in Minecraft
