If your ZELOTES mouse settings revert after a restart, first confirm that you installed the software for your exact model and saved or applied the profile in its utility. Then check whether the reset happens after reconnecting the mouse, closing the utility, or signing back into Windows; each trigger helps narrow down where the settings are being lost.
Why ZELOTES settings may reset
The cause depends on the mouse model and the setting that reverts. ZELOTES lists separate software and driver releases for individual models, so software for a similar-looking mouse is not proof of compatibility. The available official downloads do not establish which models store each setting in onboard memory or whether a particular model needs its utility running after Windows starts. Treat those as possibilities to investigate, not universal explanations.
Settings such as DPI, button assignments, and lighting may also behave differently from Windows pointer options. Record exactly which settings revert and when, rather than assuming every profile field has the same storage behavior.
Work through these checks in order

Identify the exact mouse model
Read the model name on the mouse’s underside, packaging, or purchase record. On the ZELOTES downloads page, select the matching model’s listing. The page contains distinct entries, including F-33pro, F-37, F-18, F-13, F-35C, F-33, F-36, C-12, T-50, T-90, T-80, and C-10. Do not install software for a merely similar model.

Save the settings in the matching utility
Open the model’s configuration utility, set the desired values, and look for an Apply or Save control before closing it. A third-party transcription of the C-12 manual advises saving settings, but that instruction is specific to that model’s manual page; it does not establish the process for every ZELOTES mouse. You can review the C-12 manual page if that is your model.

Find out what event causes the reset
Change one setting, save it, and check it after each event separately: disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse, closing the utility, and restarting Windows. Note which event makes the setting revert. This is a diagnostic method, not proof by itself of a particular hardware or software fault.

Check startup and the active profile if the reset happens after sign-in
Confirm that the correct ZELOTES utility is installed and that it opens or runs at sign-in if the intended profile depends on the utility loading it. Check that the utility has selected the profile you saved. A secondary troubleshooting article suggests that some mice may rely on software at startup, but the official download listings do not verify that requirement for a specific model. The secondary explanation should therefore be treated as a lead to test, not as a model-wide rule.

Separate Windows pointer settings from the mouse profile
In Windows 11, pointer speed and other system-level mouse behavior are under Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse. These controls are separate from the settings in a model-specific gaming mouse utility. Microsoft also notes that app support for some mouse behavior features can vary; see Microsoft’s mouse settings guide.

Use the reset pattern to choose the next check

If the settings still do not persist
Contact ZELOTES support through the manufacturer’s downloads/support context and include the exact model, your Windows version, which fields reset, and whether it happens after reconnecting, closing the utility, or restarting. Ask for model-specific instructions on saving those fields and whether the utility must run at sign-in. If you consult another manual, make sure it is for the exact model; for example, the available T-80 manual transcription is not evidence of the behavior of other mice.
