Operation Egg Heist is Aniimo’s extraction mode: search the Lost Isles and a Lost Sanctum for eggs and loot, then evacuate to secure what you carry. Finding an egg is only part of the objective—guides say fainting can cost you both your backpack contents and equipped gear. The exact unlock rank and extraction condition are not consistent across recent guides, so check the lock message and objective in your current game client.
What is Operation Egg Heist?
It is an extraction mode in which players search the Lost Isles, find an entrance to an active Lost Sanctum, collect eggs and other loot, and try to leave safely. Mobalytics describes the mode as level-50-and-up content with an escape by boat; other guides describe an activated or instanced Sanctum and an extraction point. In either account, successful evacuation—not simply reaching the egg nest—is what secures the haul.
Make sure you are looking at the queue you intend to play. The Aniimo Games Wiki distinguishes the cooperative Team Mode from a separate competitive mode described under a similar name. Recent guides agree on late progression and a level-50 threshold, but they do not agree on the rank requirement. Mobalytics reports level 50 and up; the Aniimo Games Wiki and Gamer.org name Wayfarer III; AllThingsHow and MetaForge use Veteran Pathfinder. GameWith describes reaching level 50 through the assessment and promotion path. No official current rules page in these sources resolves the difference, so do not treat one rank label as definitive.

Open the mode card or menu lock message in your current client and follow the requirement it displays. How does an Egg Heist run work?
- Enter the Lost Isles. Search the area for the active Sanctum rather than assuming the egg will be immediately accessible.
- Reach the Sanctum and locate the egg nest. Guides describe the Sanctum as activated or instanced; use the entry and objective cues shown in your run.
- Use Twine to move the egg. Once you find an egg, guides describe Twine as the means to carry or move it.
- Check the run objective. You may need to gather Eggshell Coins or satisfy another displayed condition before the exit can be activated. Do not rely on a fixed coin threshold from a generic guide.
- Activate the exit and evacuate. Leave with the egg and loot you want to keep. If the carried value is already worth the risk, continuing to loot exposes that haul for a potentially marginal gain.

What happens if you faint in Egg Heist?
Recent guides warn that fainting costs you the contents of your backpack and your equipped gear. That makes the return trip part of the objective: securing an egg does not protect it if you fail to evacuate. The practical choice is to weigh the loot already carried against the risk of spending longer in the run; this is a strategy implication of the reported loss rule, not a guaranteed optimal route.

Mobalytics recommends a Simple Backpack for beginners, and suggests considering an Attack Amplifier and a Protective Unit. It also says equipment can be upgraded with items sold from previous runs. Treat these as that guide’s suggestions rather than verified best-in-slot choices, and consider how much gear you are willing to expose to a faint penalty. Its mention of a four-Aniimo party setup concerns loadout composition, not the reported one-to-three Pathfinder players in Team Mode.
