Lowtown is a medium-sized Core 6v6 map built around a canal, two important bridge crossings, and a central Well surrounded by buildings. Learn the Well and bridge approaches first, then use Dry Dock or the water to rotate when a direct crossing looks exposed. The map guide’s loadouts are useful role-based starting points, not evidence of one universally best build.
How Lowtown is laid out
Lowtown is a dockside neighborhood combining indoor and outdoor spaces: a boat house, fishing shed, cobbler, gallery, market stalls, and a canal. The canal forms a horseshoe around the map and separates the center from the outer edges. Water routes add options, but the crossings and exposed lanes still demand attention. Docks
The Docks are a spawn area with hard cover to the north. Watch the west side: opponents may threaten from across the canal or from the B Domination area.

Domination A is inside the Boat House. Its elevated balcony and windows overlook the center, so it can provide a strong position. The adjoining water offers another approach, though reaching the building that way can be challenging.

Well
The Well is the map’s central landmark, with the Cobbler, Ticketing, Gallery, and Hotel around it. Several objectives sit in this area, and surrounding buildings can create crossfire. Use corners rather than lingering in the open; the guide suggests a Trophy System to help counter incoming grenades.
Fountain
Fountain is a long, exposed route beside the canal, with sightlines toward both the Boat House and Grocer/Market. If you have to cross it, move quickly and stay low instead of treating the lane as safe cover.
Market
Market is a main spawn area. Produce boxes and fruit stands provide cover, but keep an eye on the Pizzeria flank.

Which routes should you use?
The two bridges linking the Docks and Market to the center are natural crossing points. Holding them can constrain enemy rotations, but bridge control is not risk-free: a flank can punish players who focus only on the crossing. The official guide also notes boat-hopping with Omnimovement as a possible way to cross the canal.
Use Dry Dock to avoid a predictable crossing
Dry Dock is the recommended alternate route when a bridge approach is watched. From there, you can reach the Canal, Hotel, Well, and Market. It gives you a way to change your approach rather than repeatedly pushing the same lane.
Choose between central control and safer approaches
The Well offers access to several objectives, but it is exposed to threats from nearby structures. The Hotel’s windows and walls overlook much of the map, so check those sightlines before crossing open ground. When the center is contested, an edge route or an indoor approach may offer a better chance to arrive from an unexpected direction.

Time exposed crossings
Fountain and the bridges can leave you vulnerable to crossfire. Use available cover, avoid crossing while opponents have clear sightlines, and consider water or Dry Dock when those routes better fit your position. No route is automatically safe; the useful choice depends on enemy attention and the objective.
How to approach objectives and equipment
At the Well, use corners and nearby structures to limit exposure while contesting objectives. Equipment can help shape movement through indoor and outdoor routes: the official guide names Neurogas Field Upgrade and Molotov as examples, and suggests a Trophy System for the Well. These are the guide’s recommendations, not independently tested rankings.
Near the Boat House, its elevated views can help defend Domination A, but the building’s visibility also makes alternate water approaches relevant. Around Market, use the stands and boxes for cover while checking the Pizzeria side. Across the map, avoid assuming that a position remains secure just because it has cover; openings and nearby buildings can expose you to another angle.

The map guide presents three role-based builds. Treat them as templates to adapt to your preferred engagement distance and objective role; the source does not establish current weapon rankings or a single best build.

An SMG-oriented template suits a player prioritizing mobility and close objective pressure. The assault-rifle-and-shotgun combination is the guide’s option for covering both longer and close fights. Choose based on the routes you expect to take and the distances at which you are most likely to engage, rather than treating any preset as universally optimal.
