No “best” generator for realistic pornographic AI-girlfriend images can be verified from the available evidence. Official materials reviewed for OpenAI, Stability AI, and Adobe describe restrictions on explicit sexual imagery, and they do not provide comparable realism tests for adult content. A model’s ability to make photorealistic images is not proof that its provider permits pornography.
What the 2026 evidence can—and cannot—tell you
The reviewed sources support a comparison of stated provider policies, not a ranking of adult-oriented image generators. No real-world comparative testing was performed, and the official materials do not establish which service produces the most realistic adult imagery, keeps a character consistent across images, or is suitable for pornography.
That distinction matters: technical capability and permission are separate questions. OpenAI describes photorealistic image generation, while its safety materials also describe safeguards for erotic content and restrictions involving sexual deepfakes and child sexual abuse material. The capability statement does not mean the tool is approved for pornographic use.

How to evaluate a generator without relying on a realism ranking
For any tool you are considering for clearly fictional adult characters, assess the relevant facts directly. The reviewed sources do not establish a pornography-eligible service or a comparable quality benchmark, so treat unsupported “most realistic” claims with caution.
- Check whether the intended images are permitted. Read the current acceptable-use policy and product-specific terms. Check the rules for explicit imagery, fictional characters, uploads, and any restrictions that apply to the way you plan to access the model.
- Review image and account handling before uploading anything. Look for the provider’s current privacy information: whether prompts or uploads may be retained, used to improve services, reviewed, or deleted on request. Do not infer a complete privacy policy from a training-data FAQ.
- Look for comparable evidence of quality. A useful realism comparison would need the same prompt, settings, output conditions, and evaluation criteria across tools. Check separately for evidence about character consistency across multiple images; the official sources reviewed here do not supply either benchmark.
- Compare control, access, and licensing. Hosted services and locally self-hosted models can differ in available settings, hardware burden, terms, and geographic availability. Verify those details for the specific model and region. No particular GPU requirement or performance figure is established here.
- Keep subjects fictional, clearly adult, and consensual. Do not use a real person’s likeness to create sexual imagery without their consent, and never sexualize minors. Do not attempt to bypass a provider’s safeguards or restrictions.
Hosted service or self-hosted model?
This is an access and control distinction, not a shortcut around content rules. Hosted tools are governed by their provider’s current terms. With a locally run model, check the model’s license and applicable acceptable-use policy as well as the software or hosting terms. Stability AI’s policy expressly says it applies to self-hosting Stability code or weights, so running a model on your own computer does not by itself make prohibited content permissible.

Local generation may also require suitable hardware, but the sources reviewed do not verify a minimum GPU, speed, or image-quality threshold. Confirm hardware needs and licensing for the exact model and version rather than assuming that every local model has the same requirements.
