CHOICE says its broader pillow comparison method and scoring system were updated in February 2026, with those changes applied retroactively to previously tested pillows. Is Kmart’s current low-profile two-pack the same product?
Kmart lists a related item called “2 Pack Polyester Pillows – Low Profile, White” (SKU P_42127611) for $4.50. Its listing describes two pillows with polypropylene covers and polyester filling, each measuring 70 by 46 cm, and calls the profile low. These dimensions differ from the CHOICE entry’s 67 by 40 cm, and the available information does not confirm that the products are identical. Kmart describes its listed pillow as suitable for tummy sleepers; that is the retailer’s product claim, not an independent test finding. The listing showed 4.2 from 225 reviews at the time it was surfaced. That is a retailer rating and review count, not an independent product test, and both it and the listed price may change.

What to compare before buying
For a meaningful comparison, check the pillow’s profile and height, its dimensions against your pillowcase, the filling, the washing burden, the current price and whether independent test results are accessible. The available evidence supports describing the Anko listing’s specifications and care, but not recommending it for a particular sleeper or judging its performance.
